Kids Love It More Than Disney! Pool + Games

The house was perfect for our stay. We were here for a week around Christmas. We arrived to a wreath on the door and a Christmas tree inside. The house and rooms are as pictured and our kids and the adults that are still kids at heart loved all of the game options. The house itself is wonderfully stocked. Especially the kitchen with plenty of plates, bowls, kitchen utensils, and cookware if you choose to cook a meal which we did sometimes being a family of 6 it can quickly add up eating out for a week. There was a lot of thought put into the kitchen and we greatly appreciated it. The pool heat was included and there were also plenty of pool toys and floats on hand. I can't remember if it was mentioned in the description but we also found two single strollers and two wagons at the house also which was really helpful since we are usually in town for the theme parks.The communication with the host from booking to checkout was outstanding. She answered all of our questions throughout the process quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Not really a downside but it is important to note that if you are in town for the theme parks be prepared for the traffic to add to your drive. It took us about 40 minutes to get to Universal each day we went and around 25-30 to get to Disney Springs, this was during Christmas also so take that into account.We come to central Florida a couple of times a year and will definitely add this place to our list of places for return trips.

This was probably the best VRBO experience we have had in the Orlando area! The house was set up perfectly for 3 couples with a total of 3 girls and 3 boys! The two game rooms were a hit with the kids! The downstairs game room was great for early rising kids to act crazy loud without waking all the parents. We couldn’t hear a thing as long as the door was shut!They really have paid attention to the details for families with small children. All the showers have removable shower heads, which makes it easy to bathe small kids. The princess room and Star Wars rooms were also a highlight for the kids!Check-in was super easy and entering the home was a breeze! They programmed the entry code to the last four of my phone number, which made it easy for all of us to remember. Communication was fast and they were able to answer all my questions. All of the beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were also great quality! They smelled good and left my long hair feeling soft.

Clean, well stocked, comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. And the rooms! And the games! And the pools! It was so much fun and the host is awesome. Loved it all!

We could not have asked for a better place to call home for our seven day adventure! The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well kept. The themed rooms, game room and pool were an added bonus and made it even more exciting for everyone. The home was well stocked with extra blankets, towels and other basic necessities. The instructions for the house are well written, easy to follow and answered any question we may have had. We took advantage of the community pool area. It was easy to access and made for an exciting day without having to drive. The owners are incredible and great to work with! We would love to come back for another visit and will be recommending to anyone planning a trip to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Prior to our trip my coworkers were teasing me that the house was too good to be true, but everything was exactly as pictured! This place was perfect for our differing age ranges. There are plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone to spread out. Older teens had the game room which was soundproofed so they could play music loudly. The younger tween had the gaming set up upstairs. The pool was used every day. Our main goal was to visit theme parks, but some days people wanted to relax and stayed behind to hang out and eat at the clubhouse. The owner was very responsive when I had a question about the clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again and I sent the link to my family and told them to start planning for a family reunion next year.

Our Family stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed each day of our stay in the home. Our kids were able to keep busy with all the games downstairs, pool table and games upstairs. Very well done for a family of kids and big kids too (adults), that enjoy the relaxing days of the pool, community pool and games. The rooms were great as each room had their own bath - major plus in not having to share. The kitchen was a good layout to be able to cook. Overall we had a great time and would return here in the future.

We had a great time! The home was perfect and fully stocked with everything you needed! The home was exactly how it was described in the listing! If we are ever looking to stay in the Orlando area again we will definitely book this property again!

Trinda’s home was amazing. Super clean and had everything we needed. The themed rooms are spectacular and just as nice as the pictures. Loved having the game room and a pool table. The community pool with a lazy river was really nice too. Super close to Disney too. The first morning we tried the Keurig and it didn’t work. I let Trinda know and she offered to have coffee delivered to us immediately and also had a new Keurig delivered within a couple of hours. Her handyman installed it for us. I was so impressed by how responsive Trinda was to our needs. She checked in via VRBO to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything at all. This is what makes a great place to stay. I highly recommend this place and we definitely will look to stay here again!! Thank you Trinda for your hospitality and generosity!!

Everything was as we expected! Description and pictures were spot on. The game room was an absolute game changer for vacation! They thought of everything, right down to the olive oil (that I forgot to order with our groceries). The beds were super comfortable and the kids lov d the pool lit up at night. Our host was quick to respond to my questions and was so helpful and personable! We will be back!

Property was amazing!! Altogether we had 4 adults and and 5 girls 6 and under. The kids all lived in the Princess room. Child friendly and kept up well. Close to the club house which was great for the kids. Owner response was quick when we had an issue (only issue we had was logging into all the games in the game room)
