This place has comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The house was warm and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely immaculate. Everything you need for a pleasant weekend stay. Close to shopping. The iron gate has mesh on it to keep little dogs in. Dogs loved the fully fenced backyard. Extremely comfortable beds. Huge Roku TV. Lovely home.

Easy check-in process, great communication from the host, and the house was amazing! We were visiting from Michigan for the week of Christmas with our 4 adult children and 2 dogs. This is by far the best house we have rented through VRBO!! We picked this house because they allowed us to bring our dogs without a weight limit. We loved that the house was decorated for Christmas including a full size tree setup and lit for when we arrived!! There were waters and snacks for us on the table. We were surprised to see a dog bed, dog toys, poop scooper, and bowls for our dogs! Literally almost everything you need we just needed to buy food. Really loved the fenced in yard, patio space, seating options, and lighting on the patio. The only negative thing was not having a TV in all the rooms, we ended up buying 2 cheap TVs from Walmart and returned them before we went back home. Definitely would stay here again!

They decorated for fall, there were toys for the kids, a pet bed with toys for our golden retriever -- it was such a nice place to stay that I hope I can book it again when we visit my daughter there. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very easy to check in and out. The house was close to the location that we had to be at over the weekend We had a great time.There was only one small issue there is a tree on the back porch that is touching the house when the wind blows it makes a squeaking noise heard throughout the house, luckily the wind blew only the first night.

Perfect home for visiting friends who live close by.Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.Host was available when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Nice peaceful location just south of town. The train does run nearby, but not close enough to disturb anyone. Love the well-appointed coffee station (with Keurig machine). Kitchen is well stocked and everything was sparkling clean. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was a home and just perfect. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and homey. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The extras were nice; corn-hole, bicycles, board games, puzzles, etc. The owner provided clear & concise instructions.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy and very nice. We had fun playing cornhole and hanging out in the cute little courtyard. We would stay here again anytime.

This was a great VRBO. Clean and nicely decorated, made us feel welcome. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding, everything we needed to cook some thanksgiving sides was in the kitchen, comfortable couches to watch football. Everything was labeled and owners made it easy to find needed items. Five stars all around.

The house was immaculately maintained and fully stocked with all essentials . The host thought of everything. Enjoyed the quiet backyard setting in the evening. Very nice. Convenient to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

This house had everything that we needed was located very close to the BMX track where we had our children participate in the Gold Cup finals. Everything was very clean.

It was a lovely house and the owners gave it a very warm and Welcoming feeling. The house is beautiful and the grounds very well kept. I come back down there. I will definitely contact these owners again.

The house had everything I needed. A well equipped kitchen, nice living room and comfortable bed & bath. Easy commute for my work and loved being able to park in the garage out of the hot Arizona sunshine. Everything about the reservation was smooth - easy check-in and check-out process. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Kingman.

Mr Chambers has become an oasis for my wife and I as we commute between our day jobs in the SF Bay Area, and her aging folks’ place out in Valle VistaAs we say every time this home checks all the boxes: the location is close to everything including freeways, and could not be more comfortable, or well cared forThis trip had us down there during a waxing [waning?] moon and the new patio extension in the backyard, with its reclining chairs and open-sky views were just what the stargazing doctor ordered, much appreciated! Next trip we may have to forgo the Dambar & Steakhouse and put the grille to use ?Thank you as always for your amazing hospitality, we'll be back again soon!
