This place was fabulous, it was perfect for our stay! Very spacious and nice backyard with a pool and covered patio which was nice to sit under when I didn’t want to be out in the sun, and also had a grill. We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything about our trip was a positive experience, from preparing to checking out. Amy was quick to respond to pre-planning questions as well as checking during our stay. The house is a short 2 block walk to the beach, it was clean and an open floor plan. The pool is a definite plus. Would our family return to this property in the future? The house was spacious and clean. It definitely was accommodating for all 8 of us! The pool was perfect after coming back from the beach. I loved the space outside for grilling and just hanging out. We will be coming back again soon!

Our annual family PCB vacation this year was absolutely the best. If you're looking for a perfect location without the crowd but still close enough to everything fun if you want it. This is it. The house is beautiful, location is a short 2 block walk from beach. The pool is so Inviting. Definitely plan on rebooking! Already planning for next year. If I could give more stars, I would. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The back yard and pool area were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back to this property!

Amy's place was the perfect place for our beach trip. Close enough to enjoy everything, but set in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Checkin was simple and communication with Amy was excellent! We will definitely consider The Sunshine Shack for future vacations!

The Sunshine Shack lived up to its name. The pool and outdoor space were great! 2 blocks to the beach and stores within 1-2 miles. Amy was fantastic. Very responsive to all our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.

This was a great place to stay. The house was plenty big enough for the 8 people we had staying. Beautiful house, large covered patio with a pool and a short walk to the beach. The owners were very easy to reach if needed. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again. We loved it!

The house was just as described and Amy was an incredible host! Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood make for an awesome vacation! I'd highly recommend considering this place for a larger group looking for an affordable place to stay close to the beach and within driving distance of plenty of activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside. The beach access is a super close walk which we loved. The house has so much room and we loved the fenced in backyard with a private pool. We were able to grill out as well. The host, Amy, was an amazing host and was very easy to contact if we had any questions. The rooms and living area were very spacious. We definitely recommend this beach house to anyone and would love to stay again in the future!

Our family of 8 (and an infant) stayed for 7 nights, and we had a wonderful, relaxing week! The house was more than big enough to accommodate us all and was very clean upon arrival. The private pool was perfect for our family after enjoying time at the beach which was only a short walk from the house. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved everything about this property Plenty of space everything we needed throughout our stay was there. Great back yard and pool. We will definitely book again.

The microwave was broke as soon as we got there. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was never repaired the televisions never worked and there are cameras mounted in the back yard situated on the pool which I am going to have a conversation with my attorney when I get home. Florida is a two party State and we were never notified about cameras at all. Just don’t think the value was there compared to other places we have stayed. Very disappointing!
