This house is great! We were four generations from age 2 to 78. Space for everyone. Nice well maintained home in a great location. The little ones loved the Pacman machine! I highly recommend and will rebook if we go back to the area

Over all best experience yet. The host is super communicative and initiated all the conversations with check in and check out instructions. The house is beautiful, comfortable and the kids had a blast with the Pac-Man arcade game. We will definitely be return customers for our next trip to Carlsbad!Thank you!

the place was really great and very comfortable. The amenities were top notch with the whirl-tub in the master bath and the ping pong table and the arcade game made it really fun. The TV was nice n big for movies. The only thing I would say needs improvement was the grill was unusable. There was no propane gas and I realized it too late to go get a fill.

The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic's (however any kitchen supplies (such as foil, saran wrap, etc., was nonexistent- info provided for planning purposes). Wi-fi was easily accessed. The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Would stay again if in the area.

Place was exactly what we needed. A clean, spacious place for my family. Place had games for the kids and plenty of room for everyone.

Fun relaxing and spacious

We stayed for a couple days on our road trip and wanted a place close to Carlsbad. This is a nice house that had plenty of space for everyone. We travel with a grandparent and children so it’s nice to find a bigger place when we can. The house is put together well and had everything that we needed. We also had fun with the pac man game.

Clean and nice home. We were a bit confused on the beds. The occupancy of 10 counts a pull out sofa in the living room. The backyard was nice but definitely needed some maintenance. Ripped up landscaping fabric and weeds. The ceiling fan above the bunkbeds was a bit risky. But we had fun and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pingpong table and spent a lot of time enjoying the fun in the garageBrett was quick to respond and kind.

Overall, nice place. Only complaint is that it had not been cleaned well from the last guest. There was left over soap and hair in the bathroom and toothpaste in the sink. There were food crumbs on the table. Had it been cleaned better, the place would have been great. Relatively close for visiting Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains.

This was a great location for us to stay while exploring Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. It would be doable but a long day to hit White Sands from here as well. The house was great!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at the home for 4 nights. We loved the high ceilings and open feel of the common room. The beds were comfortable, our 9 year old loved the bunk beds, and the washer/dryer access comes in handy after a long day of hiking. We really enjoyed the town, the local zoo, Carlsbad Caverns, and Guadalupe Mountains. The host was very responsive, respectful, and professional. If we are in the area in the future, we will stay here again!

My family recently spent time in New Mexico exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP. We found this delightful home to be exactly what we needed. The hosts were excellent in their communications, the home was comfortable, clean and had great amenities. We especially liked all the labels on the switches, cabinets etc, so helpful.

My son and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and the Guadalupe Mountains. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor space due to weather, but it looked very peaceful and relaxing. My son and I had a ping pong tournament every night and also enjoyed Pac-Man! Great stay!

Nice roomy house in quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. The Pac Man machine was a huge hit! Garage has a nice ping png table and cannot be used to park.Great location with easy 45 minute drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

CELEBRATING GRANDDAUGHTERS 11 BIRTHDAY

Our family of five enjoyed this home for our visit to Carlsbad Caverns (an easy 40 minute drive). We were especially grateful for good A/C and a usable garage, since temps outside were in the 90's. The appliances were in good shape. The beds and living room seating were quite comfortable. Brett was very responsive and friendly!
