15 Ocean Green is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home overlooking the Turtle Point Golf Course in Vanderhorst Plantation. This freestanding golf course Kiawah Island rental offers 2,100 sq feet of remodeled interiors, an outdoor deck, a community pool and easy access to miles of beautiful beaches and lush fairways.

The open plan living area includes a relaxing living area with a flat screen TV, a dining area that seats all your guests and a remodeled kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor deck while taking in the fabulous Turtle Point golf course views.

15 Ocean Green comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with fresh updates. The master bedroom has a king size bed, small sitting area, TV and private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen beds, ceiling fans and private bathrooms.

The Vanderhorst Plantation is a private paradise nestled between East Beach Village and Ocean Park on Kiawah Island. This tranquil plantation boasts maritime forests, marshlands and lagoons, beautiful stretches of beaches and an abundance of wildlife away from the crowds for a true barrier island getaway.

You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Kiawah Island’s championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Osprey Point Golf Course and Peter Dye’s Ocean Course, or a short drive away from Turtle Point or Cougar Point Golf Course. Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Ocean Green Community Pool only (April-Oct) located just down the street. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 29 and 30.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars (1 garage spot can be used).

    This was a disappointing stay based on the main characteristic that we expect from a rental - CLEANLINESS. We arrived at this Kiawah Exclusives property to find rodent droppings scattered throughout the house. We contacted the 24 hour contact line immediately and texted and it still took a day to get help. The cleaning lady who came out was fantastic and was disgusted herself at what she found. The company also sent an exterminator right after which was helpful. We paid way too much money to rent a property in this condition. Otherwise, the house itself could use some updating but the location and surrounding area were great.

    The first impression is very poor, leaves all over the stairs and front and back deck, dry rot on the hand rails, the garage area smells of mold, all the exterior windows haven't been cleaned in years, cob webs on the lighting fixtures. I would not recommend renting this house until some improvements are made.
