This spacious home offers a large screened porch, gas grill and outdoor shower, fun ping pong table and a true home-away-from-home for your Kiawah Island vacation.

Offering 1,952 sq feet of living space that displays the owner’s original art and cottage chic style. This spacious home has an open layoutand is large enough to accommodate a group of 9 with plenty of space for the family to spend time together. The kitchen, dining and living spaces are located downstairs with a screened porch just off the dining room with tranquil wooded views. Under the house at the garage level guests will find a ping pong table, gas grill and outdoor shower.

119 Surfscoter Lake comfortably sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms downstairs and a great kids room upstairs. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The remaining downstairs guest rooms offer a double and 2 twin beds, each with a private bathroom. A 4th bedroom is located upstairs and is perfect for the kids with 3 twin beds, a TV and private bathroom, the kids will love having their own space on vacation.

    We all loved the property and the location; however, the beds definitely need to be updated. We left a day early primarily because of the uncomfortable king bed. It is entirely too hard. Everything else about the house was as expected and we enjoyed the surroundings. This was our first trip to Kiawah.
