Beautiful setting gorgeous home but some of the maintenance amenities could have been improved, bathroom sinks not operating, some window treatments not working, not all disposals in Kitchen worked. Tupperware and tin foil are always appreciated but overall we loved the property and would stay there again

It’s in a great spot for accessing the mountain and nearby amenities, which made getting around easy and convenient for our group. The home itself is also very beautiful, with a lot of natural light and large windows that make the space feel open and inviting.The internet worked well throughout our stay, which was important for our group and appreciated.That said, there were several issues that future guests should probably be aware of. A number of the windows in the home did not open, which was disappointing since the views and fresh mountain air are a big part of staying somewhere like Keystone. We also had problems getting the fireplace to work, which would have been a nice feature after long days on the mountain.Another challenge for a larger group was the laundry setup. For a home of this size and capacity, having only one washer and dryer felt limiting, especially with ski gear and multiple families. Additionally, the dryer made a loud noise during operation, which suggests it may need maintenance.One of the more frustrating design choices involves the master bedroom closet situation. The main closet is locked and used as an owner’s closet, along with another spare bedroom closet, leaving the master suite without a functional closet for guests. For a primary suite, this was pretty disappointing and inconvenient.Finally, the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sinks heavily into the middle, which made it difficult to sleep and honestly felt like it needs to be replaced.Overall, this is a beautiful property in an excellent location, but with a few maintenance fixes and updates—especially the master bed and some functional details—it could be a much better experience for guests.

The beautiful wood throughout and unique architecture make this feel like a true mountain home. The layout is perfect for 3-4 families on a ski vacation, with bunks/trundles to sleep 9 kids separate from the adults. The kitchen is huge and well appointed, making it great for group meals, and the mudroom and garage space are ideal for ski gear. The home has comfortable beds, high quality furnishings and a large hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and will definitely rent again!

The house was gorgeous but lacked quality in the maintenance/finishes. Broken shower heads, exterior doors didn’t lock, noisy drier, run down dish washer, sinks shooting out water, lack of blinds in the master bathroom toilet area. Also lacked in quality of supplies. Cheap Dish soap, dishes were cracked, no antibacterial hand soap, limited coffee supply and missing tv in master. Also quiet hours were very early. With a 4:30 check in and quiet time starting at 7pm we didn’t get much time to enjoy the hot tub

Came with girlfriends for the weekend during off-season and had a great stay! Gorgeous house, we had 11 and plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfy, hot tub was amazing, kitchen was great for cooking for a group. House is about five minutes from some nice trails for a hike. Hoping we will be back next fall!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. We had a family reunion here and it was a perfect spot. They were quick to take care of any issues that came up.

Place was large and spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and secluded. Would be a golfer's paradise, but we did not have time to play golf.

The huge house has a bed and bath for everyone. Honest cleanIng crew! One of our group members left his apple watch in the house and the housecleaning team turned it in to office. We are so thankful.

Really nice place, with lots of space for my brothers' and my family. There's a grill (though we were told there wasn't one), which made meals easy. Recommend moving the sign with the QR code for property-specific info to a more obvious location (and including info on how the door locks work and a map of the dumpster location). Would have liked one coffee pod for each day we stayed and a set of tupperware or Ziplocs for leftovers. These were smaller inconveniences. Overall, we really enjoyed the property.

We had a wonderful stay - we used the home for a golf trip for the nearby Keystone courses (which we loved). The home was in great shape, was spacious and as advertised. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and the porch off the master bedroom. Thanks very much!

We definitely want to make this an annual event. Summit County Mountain Retreats were great, professional and outstanding in every way. We have rented through them many times in the past and will continue to use them as our go to rental agency.

Overall a beautiful house to stay in with lots of friends. We had a great time and took full advantage of this great space for the weekend. Pros: - very beautiful home that was large, clean and updated- large kitchen great for group cooking- close to trails for walks- lots of bedrooms and beds were comfy- jacuzzi was clean with easy access - location close to Keystone and Ikon mountains like Abasin- late check-out offered for 15 an hour, was notified the night beforeCons: - parking restriction (4 cars max in driveway) was very hard to coordinate for 12-14 guests- slow host response time (most issues we just had to figure out because they would take a day to respond)- basic household items weren't available (wine opener, oil in kitchen, shampoo / conditioner) so bring things accordingly!- very small main trashcan in kitchen for the amount of people there- small TVs for such big common spaces

There were more levels and stairs than the pictures indicate, which should be kept in mind for those with mobility issues, though it was fine for my group. The dishwasher didn't work, and that was my main complaint, and wasn't fixed while we were there. We ended up having to buy paper products because there also wasn't a decent sponge to wash dishes with. Water pressure is very low. Living room furniture (sofa and loveseat) was in rough shape.

Reviewer Comments: The outlets that weren't working in the kitchen still aren't working and the dryer sounds like something died when it runs and it doesn't dry clothes either. Half of the windows don't close properly because once you open them, they unhook from the lever and then you have to go outside to push them closed or take the screen off to pull them in. The fridge is putting water on the floor to the right side. Right when we walked in, there was a green yeti water bottle in the entry table that does not belong to us. Our kids found uno cards and a cell phone in the couch....I talked to the maintenance guy who was out to fix the toilet seat that never got fixed about the shower heads in the master bedroom not working and the handles being broken as well as terrible water pressure. Needless to say, this unit needs attention. Everything we called or texted to address was suggested that we address it ourselves first before they would even think about coming out to look at anything. And the response time is very slow....will not be staying again.

It was a perfect house for our family. The location is quiet but no too far from everything. The only thing i would say is the water pressure. 2 people could not be taking a shower at the same time. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Our entire family stayed here and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Plenty of space to stretch out and close to shopping. Many gorgeous places for sceneries and that iconic mountain feel. We saw a moose outside the window one morning! We will definitely stay again!
