Stayed Apr 8, 2023The rental was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable other than it being hot when we arrived early in the morning after a long drive and flight. The A/C was working but the thermostat wasn’t. The hosts seemed a bit annoyed that we wanted it cooler but they were willing to get it working again. They sent someone over who didn’t know how to fix it. He could have been friendlier. He insisted that the AC was as working fine (I didn’t say the AC wasn’t working, I said the thermostat didn’t work). The next day the hosts got someone there who reset it and it worked fine after that. The next door neighbors were doing construction on their unit so we weren’t able to enjoy being in the rental during the day for most of our stay. I realize there wasn’t anything the hosts could do about that but we paid plenty to stay there so we wanted to be able to enjoy it without the noise. On the positive side, the location was nice with a pickle ball/tennis court and pool and the dock was just a short walk from the rental. The unit was well stocked with towels and even some food/drinks in the fridge. We could have used a few more dishwashing pacs though. The rental is close to the main highway so you can hear cars from there and it’s not too loud unless there are large trucks going by. Overall a nice place.

Stayed Dec 17, 2022Our family’s stay was amazing! The unit was very spacious and clean. The back patio area was gorgeous with beautiful scenery and amazing wild life. Very family friendly!! The pool area , beach, and tennis courts kept everyone happy and busy. This is definitely a place to bring your family for a fun and relaxing time.
