Key Lime Villa - Gorgeous Pool Home, Walk 2 Beach ️!

Absolutely wonderful location. Friendly management company. However the doors of the bedroom off the kitchen were off the track & not usable, the water pressure was extremely weak in the master compared to the main bathroom and the clothes dryer did not work at all. They admitted that prior guests had already reported the dryer issue and the homeowner wasn’t responding to communication requests to correct the problem. We air dried everything but unfortunately visited during the cold front so it was taking a whole day for things to dry. They were willing to dry our laundry at the office but as a family with 5 children, having on site laundry is necessary.

The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate my family of 15 & was a very short walk to the water. The pool was a little dirty, half the TVs wouldn’t work & its 35 stairs to the kitchen. Overall, it’s a great house

It was fine. Bed was very firm and not too my liking. They don’t provide any garbage bags or pretty much anything. I guess I should have read more in the description of what was provided. Guess I just wasn’t used to so little being there. Pretty empty house. It was fine. Just felt expensive for what was there. Beach was nice. Traffic was crazy leaving the island to fort myers each day.

House had a ton of space for 2 families to stay - including 5 children from 4-9! We loved that the sleeping areas were all on one floor and the “hangout” space was separate! We had everything we needed - except for forks (haha!) which SunPalace had replaced in 90 minutes. We all had a good laugh about that one! Easy access to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot to witness the rebuild of FMB!

The property was conveniently located within a short walk to beach. The house worked well for our family, but being a three story be prepared for stairs. We did have some issues that required calling for maintenance and we found them to be very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool! This is still a hurricane recovery area, so there is construction being done, which did not bother us. Overall a positive rental experience.

Overall our experience was good! The location is so close to the beach, it is a very short walk. The main kitchen area is perfect for gathering. The rental company was very responsive, kind & thoughtful. There were 8 of us celebrating our 50th birthdays & they had a birthday cake in the fridge for us. The concern was we had a small bug problem in the Master bathroom. We had several small bugs all over the windows & bathtub/shower upon arrival. We had a larger bug the first night in the bathtub/shower. On the 2nd day we were there, one of my friends was showering & a very large bug we think cockroach, somehow entered her shower. It was dead. The water wasn’t draining & it floated around with her. The maintenance was there to help fix the TV & he sprayed & we did not have any other problems. He was very kind & fixed the drain as well. Overall great place.

Big beautiful roomy house. The pool was perfect for our needs. My only complaint would be the grill. We planned on grilling alot but couldn't because the grill is outdated and the burners are shot.

Beautiful home was sad to leave. Great to have your own pool.

The beach is only a walk of 2 to 3 blocks away. The house is large and clean. The master suite is huge. The other bedrooms are smaller but the shared bathroom downstairs has a huge tub. Theres a 3rd bathroom in the laundry area upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay.
