Stayed Aug 16, 2024This was a great place to stay. Plenty, plenty of room! Teenagers loved the cabana club that was a short walk up the street. I thought there might have been like a little rec center there but it was just a pool, bar and access to a small private beach. We had two teenage boys so i was hoping for more than a pool but they hung at the pool just about everyday, so i guess it didnt matter much. Owner replied to questions pretty quick. Beds were comfortable. The canal was very nice to just sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning or fishing in the evening. Plenty of lighting out there, too. Rented a boat so being able to dock it right at the house was ausome. The freezer out back to put bait or fish in was really nice to have. There were also a couple kayaks available. Only thing I could suggest would be to put some dishtowels in the kitchen lol. Overall a great place to stay!

Stayed Feb 24, 2024The location was perfect. We loved walking to the Cabana Club. They have the best pool & a very relaxing beach. The server came right out to the beach to serve drinks & food. We will definitely stay in Key Colony again.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022The house is in a quite neighborhood but still close enough to everything. The house was clean and came with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Everyone loved the Cabana Club which has a nice pool, hot tub, and a private beach.

Stayed Apr 9, 2022The property was everything shown and more. Two full kitchens, three nice bedrooms, direct access to the water, convenient to everything, owner was responsive when we had a few questions, just a great property. Only negative were the beds in the smaller bedrooms not not very comfortable but a minor issue overall.
