Stayed Oct 20, 2025This was a great house for a bunch of coworkers as we worked a show at the Kentucky Expo Center. Plenty of space and lots of beds. Our biggest challenge was parking for multiple vehicles.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The first place we were booked became unavailable about a week before arrival. The host asked if we were interested in another place they had. We felt like at that point we didn't have any other options. The place we stayed at was very disappointing. It was basically falling down. The air conditioners didn't work well. The beds were matrasses on wooden frames. No box springs. The kitchen was upstairs and the kitchen table was downstairs.

Stayed Apr 13, 2023The house definitely suited our needs. The rooms were spacious which was perfect for our large family. I would suggest a deep clean for the house as it's definitely overdue.

Stayed Sep 21, 2022We had a great time here . It's an old Victorian with room for plenty of people, without being on top of each other. The outdoor patio was very comfortable and relaxing , especially the out door fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 17, 2022We had a great stay at this property in Old Louisville. The house was just as advertised with plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group. Property owner was very helpful and the instructions were clear on check in/ check out procedures. We had a great trip to Louisville and would recommend this property to anyone!
