Inspired by the warmth of an African village infused with Balinese artistry, Kenge Village is an architecturally designed pavilion home where elegance and tranquillity converge. Recognised as one of Port Douglas’ finest residences, this sanctuary captures the essence of tropical luxury living.

At its heart lies a stunning central heated pool - a captivating centrepiece perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, seamlessly connecting each pavilion and creating a natural flow between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity.

The home features three spacious bedroom suites, each with a Balinese teak king bed and a choice of soft or medium pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A fourth elevated suite offers a custom-made leather, providing flexible accommodation for couples, wedding parties, or families.

Please note that use of the sofa bed incurs an additional fee of $200 per stay to cover the cost of linen and extra cleaning. Please also note that the fourth bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. Guests staying in this room have access to the shared bathroom, as well as a separate toilet located off the kitchen.

Suite one includes a private en-suite bathroom with a luxurious spa bath, offering the perfect space for indulgent relaxation. Suites Two and Three share a well-appointed two-way bathroom, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Suite Four also features a 55-inch television and a PlayStation 5, offering a versatile entertainment space for guests of all ages, when not being used as a fourth bedroom.

The three main suites enjoy exclusive views of the secluded pool and lush tropical gardens, while Suite Four offers elevated vistas overlooking the gardens and tranquil pool below - immersing guests in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape

The well-equipped kitchen is a chef’s paradise, with open views and everything needed for effortless entertaining. A generous island bar makes meal preparation a pleasure, complemented by a large walk-in pantry, slide-out pantry, fully automatic coffee machine, and dishwasher. For added convenience, the laundry room includes both a washing machine and dryer, ensuring comfort and practicality throughout every stay.

Enjoy an open-air lanai dining area overlooking the heated pool, featuring a spectacular resin-filled maple wood 6–8 seater table and BBQ, perfect for gatherings and long, leisurely meals under the tropical sky. The cinema pavilion boasts a 70-inch TV that can be viewed directly from the pool - ideal for cosy movie nights or spectacular sporting events.

The outside pavilion provides a serene space for unwinding by the pool or practising yoga, surrounded by the gentle rustle of palms and tropical breezes. As night falls, the views of the illuminated pool and gardens are nothing short of spectacular.

Next to the pavilion is the hanging fire pit, which can be used for cooking or just enjoying the ambience with a few drinks and a place to tell stories about your adventures in FNQ.

Ceiling fans and air-conditioning are fitted throughout every room, ensuring year-round comfort, while high-speed Wi-Fi and NBN connectivity keep you seamlessly connected in this private tropical oasis.

A coded entrance door provides security and eliminates the hassle of worrying about lost or misplaced keys. Lighting around the home is automated for your convenience.
