Stayed May 23, 2025We had a fantastic stay! Marv and Janet were incredibly welcoming and accommodating hosts, making the check-in process seamless. We had the pleasure of chatting with Marv—he’s a truly genuine and down-to-earth person. The views of the Kenai River from the living room and deck were absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with unbeatable scenery, this is it!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We loved our night on the river. Our hosts were the nicest, welcoming people. We had just come from fishing and they shared their freezer space with us. Every thing was clean and we had great views. There is easy access to the river if you don't mind a few steps. Consider it a bonus workout. Check out the kenai flip technique before you stay so you have the right gear to enjoy the river. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a great place to get a run in.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024This place is Wonderful. We seen a lot of wildlife numerous bald eagles down at the river, Fishing was excellent, Most of all we liked the at home feeling Peaceful and quiet. Thank you Janet and Marv for this stay.

That said, we still want to leave a review to share the outstanding efforts, communication and understanding this host showed us. Even though we weren't able to make our trip, it was the outstanding communication and empathy to our situation that we want to comment on.
