The Space:

Welcome to KCB Beach House, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home that comfortably accommodates six guests. This inviting residence offers 30 feet of dockage and parking space for two vehicles and one boat trailer.

While you'll find the indoors comfortable, you'll likely spend most of your time outside, and this home provides all you need for outdoor enjoyment.

For those who love traveling with their dogs, KCB Beach House welcomes up to 2 dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $250. The Florida Keys offer numerous dog-friendly places, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center, all conveniently close by.



Nearby, you'll have access to two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is just a short 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is a 16-minute journey, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in 10 minutes from the home.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

Oceanfront Cabana Club was just a few blocks away, with heated pool, food and bar. Management company very accessible even by text. Keep us updated on fire and traffic situation in Upper Keys. Excellent Property Management Service.

Had 4 adults and a dog, brought our boat.. so convenient to be on the water, fuel and bait minutes away by boat. Enjoyed the club with the pool and beach access. Great restaurants just minutes away. This will go down as one of our top vacations ever. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was great.

    This is a nice, clean, well furnished home in a great location. The Cabana Club with its pool, hot tub, beach, bar and grill is just 3 blocks away. You can keep a boat right at the house. Easy access to diving and fishing by boat or car. Tennis and pickel ball courts as well as a golf course are very close. We stayed a week and highly recommend it.

    We have stayed in KCB before so knew the lay of the land. House was spotless and well equipped. Location perfect. Bring your boat, the kids, and the dog….Everything about the week was perfect. Will look to stay here again.
