KCB-access Private Cabana Club, Dock on Canal, PET Friendly, Pickle ball courts

Our stay was amazing, with a lot of swimming at the Cabana Club and fishing off of the dock! A washer, dryer, and second bathroom would be nice improvements. But we managed with the local laundry mat 5 minutes away. We are taking home fantastic lifelong memories!

The home was perfect for the two of us. We didn't cook during our stay, but the appliances were nice and clean. We have a king size bed at home, so the queen bed seemed small, but it was comfortable. I definitely recommend this home.

No washer and dryer was an inconvenience but would still stay again if decided.

Great stay the entire time at this location! Everything was like it was advertised. The place was spacious and had everything desired/required. I was well within walking distance to the club/parks/recreation as needed. I would gladly stay here again when possible. Bonus: Thank you for the needed packet of requirements to make check in / check out so easy.

This place was clean, quiet, safe, & family friendly. The locals were kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit the Keys! Also, it is centrally located so it is real easy to do a day trip/afternoon excursion in either direction.

The property was very nice and well maintained. The location was good. A couple lawn chairs for the patio/dock would be great.

Location was pretty nice. It was king of tough without a dishwasher. Cookie sheet and other appliances missing in the kitchen . Not a very homey feeling. No beach toys to borrow, or chairs. , no table in the backyard to sit and enjoy. Very outdated unit, no air circulation in the bathroom .. Overall, I guess good enough for the price and location. Cabana club very crowded , go early or there will be literally no chairs to sit on or put your towels on. Tiny but beautiful beach . Bring paddle boards or kayaks to use on the canal. Not too many fish on the canal, caught a good size catfish late at night.

Had a great time. The residence was even roomier than I expected. Very clean and I loved the beachy decor. I spent every morning out on the dock with my coffee and a book (bring a comfy lounge chair tho, the chairs provided are not meant for comfort). Key Colony has so much to offer!! Walking paths, beach, golf, dining. And the Cabana club pool, complete with a bar and snack area was great! I definitely felt safe walking at all times of the day or evening, knowing they had their own police security driving around, watching over the place. Captain Hooks Marina, just down the road, took us on a wonderful snorkel trip. We saw sooo many fish!! The Turtle hospital was very interesting, the Aquarium nearby was amazing, and the historical museum near Sombrero beach was a great time, as well. So much to do, almost not enough time to do it!! Sunset Grill, Bahia Honda park, Island Fish Co. Everything was wonderful. I am very grateful for the reasonable rate our host offered us, and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much. My son and I had a perfect vacation.

Key Colony Beach community is very welcoming, everyone is very nice. We loved going to the Cabana Club, Just relaxing by the pool and listening to the waves. Research

Affordable place to stay in Key colony Beach, which is not something you usually find. Clean place. Stored the boat on the dock behind the property.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was great to access what we wanted and needed. Being at a place in the middle of the Keys was nice to maneuver between all of the Keys to explore them. Having access to the pool and beach was a plus and we greatly appreciated that as well.
