Beautiful place, great location, nice comfortable beds, perfectly appointed for having meals and entertaining for a smaller group. Parking is great. Near Loose Park for nice walks and other recreation. Nice Whole Foods nearby and also the Plaza and Brookside for retail shopping. Could not have been better. Owner/manager very helpful as well. I plan on staying again sometime - perhaps a longer visit. Mexican bar/restaurant on the corner is great too - Sea Capitan!

Location, location, location! Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Roomy house, easy to relax and feel at home.

Great communication from the host - location was great with lots of things in easy walking distance!

This was a fantastic property. Kitchen is fully stocked. In a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Would love to take more advantage of the beautiful front porch.

We came for the Husker game at Arrowhead and had and great time. The house was perfect and centrally located. David was great as a host and reached out multiple times. Great communication. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The location of this house is awesome. We love the plaza area and this was so convenient for restaurants and shopping.

The house was comfortable for 8 adult women. Very hot weekend in KC, and the AC kept us all cool. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was updated and seemed well stocked. Even though the weather was hot, the front porch had a ceiling fan and was nice for morning coffee. Location was great - only 5 blocks to Whole Foods, a great coffee shop and a couple restaurants. The location will be even better when the free KC streetcar extends to that area in October. We drove to a streetcar stop and rode it to City Market -good transportation option. The owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay there again if in KC!

Overall nice place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs bed was very comfortable. The beds upstairs are all very firm. There is a mirror in each room which we appreciated. A/c worked well and there were multiple fans. There were plenty of Bath towels but some need replaced- looked worn. It’s an Older home and the upstairs floor and stairs are creeky- no sneaking around here.

We needed to be close to The Plaza, Loose Park and a close by neighborhood. It was ideal! The nearby restaurants were walkable and perfect for breakfast! Would stay again in a minute.

Loved the area, many things in walkable distance. Glad there was parking in the back. Kitchen was great. Very much enjoyed it.

We were in town for a family wedding! The house has 5 bedrooms and was perfect for our family! Restaurants are a block away you can walk to and the Plaza is so close! A great time with the perfect house!

We had a great time in this cute, quiet home! Location is wonderful and so convenient to the Plaza and Crossroads areas. Great communication with the host, easy check in!

Very nice, updated kitchen, large dining room and living room for gathering. Everything was clean and in good repair. David is very attentive and helpful.

This house and location was perfect for our family gathering. It is close to the Plaza, a Whole Foods, restaurants, and an amazing and huge park within walking distance. The owner communication was perfect and we can't wait to come back.

Excellent location and host. Close to everything Japanese from Nelson Adkins Museum, Loose Park Japanese Garden, yummy Kabuki Restaurant, Mama Ramen and Yuki at the River Market House was charming with Boho feel and equipped with what we needed. 4 adults and perfect for co workers celebrating 5 years. Quiet neighborhood and cozy restful sleep brds very comfortable. If we needed the host which we did not Im sure would've been fast to respond. Would stay again this was a stay-cation for us! Five out of five stars.
