Your Park City vacation begins the moment you open the door to this perfectly located town home in Park City between Park Avenue and the City Park. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath mountain retreat is a perfect location for getting outdoors for hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding. When you are not exploring the great outdoors, soak in your private hot tub, right outside your living room, or grill up your favorite dinner.

Within this 2,200-square-foot residence, Family and friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 8 in beds, 10 with the sofa bed.

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. There is a grill available, as well. There is a dining table for 8 with additional kitchen bar seating.

Living: Continue into the open living room, where your Family can lounge on the two sofas and catch up on favorite TV shows or movies on the flat-screen television, while enjoying the Gas Fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a private deck, a Walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and Walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and Walk-in shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4: These guest bedrooms on the second floor have a queen-size bed and access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. There is an additional guest half-bath on the main level for Easy access from the kitchen and the living room. Additional twin air mattresses are available upon request.

    We were very grateful to have found this spot to celebrate a bachelor party. The hosts were as hospitable as it gets, and the walk to the ski lifts was easier than a walk to the park. We took advantage of the grills and hot tubs, and grocery stores & c-stores are nearby.

    The condo was clean and set up for us on arrival. Everything worked great! The host communicated very well with us before and during arrival. Minutes from shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend! We will be back!

    This is a two story attached single family home. The home is well laid out, with two master suites that are large, two nice sized additional bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom, and a large kitchen, dining, den area. There’s a great hot tub on the private patio outside. There’s home is very convenient to just about everything - an easy walk to Park City Mountain Resort, walking distance to town and the grocery store, two blocks from 7-11, and 3 blocks from Starbucks. Management was great with communication and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

    Very roomy stay for us. The unit was clean and well equipped the furnishings were fine if a little dated. Location was excellent. A short walk to ski base and a little longer walk to downtown. Overall great stay!

    We had a large group of adults and very much enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. The private hot tub is great. The management company is very responsive and helped us out with our needs right away. The location is an easy walk even in ski boots to the base of Park City. We would stay here again.

    Property was in close proximity to downtown and Park City lift. Both king bedrooms had private baths with jacuzzi tubs. Queen rooms shared a Jack & Jill bathroom. Parking in front of house across from park better than trying to maneuver car into garage. Great property for the price.
