Kitchen:Your fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. The eat-in kitchen features a dining table set for six and bar seating at the island.

Living:Continue into the comfortable living area, where your Family can lounge on the sofa, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. The surround-sound system elevates your entertainment experience. Fire up the Gas Fireplace to add warmth and a romantic mood to the room.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the lower level features a handsome, metal-framed, king-size bed, sleeping two. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and easy step in shower.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the lower level features two sets of bunk beds (twin-size over twin-size and twin-size over queen-size) and a queen-size Murphy bed, sleeping 7 total. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a dual shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a king-size bed, sleeping 2. This bedroom has hallway access to a guest bathroom.

Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day.

    Super location! Town lift close. Sundance week brought a lot of people to town making the location even better as street access was only for residents. Walked to every meal!

    We’ve rented VRBO properties worldwide and never dealt with a management company this bad. KBM promised, via multiple emails, to send the access code when the unit was ready but never did. At check-in, we called repeatedly, but their automated system doesn’t connect you to a live person, and our messages went unanswered. We only got in because we were digging through an old confirmation emails for additional contact info and happened to find the codes. The property was also misrepresented—listed as having AC, and found during a search for properties with A/C, but it doesn’t. The bedrooms were in the 80s every afternoon, only cooling down late at night with window fans. VRBO tried to help, but KBM took two days to respond via email that someone would reach out. No one ever did.The home itself is nice and in a great location, but KBM’s incompetence ruined the experience. We will never rent from them again and recommend avoiding any property they manage.

    In town for a business trip with colleagues, we found the house to be quiet, clean, and professionally managed. Although on the smaller side, it’s well laid out so everyone has their space (and their own bathroom). The house is wired with a surprisingly good sound system, and there are clear instructions for everything. I prefer to be walking distance from Main St and it was only a short walk down the hill to Harvest.

    We enjoyed the convenience to walk down into town daily (steps are literally next to property) and easy ski over to the slope leading down to the lift. The hot tub was an extra bonus and frequently used. Kitchen and den was spacious for our big family (6 adults and 5 kids). Would stay again!

    This house was fantastic & just what we were looking for! It’s right next to the Town Lift with ski on ski off access at the end of the road - could not be easier. Main Street is a short walk down some steps and you are there! It’s in the heart of park city and really has it all. On top of the location being great, the house itself was amazing. The size of the house accommodates lots of people to sleep comfortably on multiple floors. The hot tub and fireplace were a hit after a day of skiing. The views were unreal and made for great photos! Had an unforgettable time with my friends - highly recommend. The hosts are generous and accessible as well which makes a huge difference

    First of all, the good! The location could not be more fabulous! A quick walk to Town Lift - you can easily rent and/or store your skis at the base of Town Lift. Old Town shops and restaurants are just a quick walk away as well. The hot tub and deck are lovely. The hot tub is new and spacious and the views overlooking Old Town are great!The house itself is old and needs updating. It is clean but worn, old appliances, tvs etc. When we arrived the jetted tub downstairs and the steam shower on the second level were not working. Rebecca at KBM resorts sent maintenance the same day (New Year's Day) and both issues were promptly resolved. However, when we went to use the jetted tub again, the jets were filled with mold and mildew. She sent a lady to clean the tub and jets the next day but unfortunately, when we went to use the tub the same issue with mold and mildew remained in the jets. We alerted Rebecca again, but no one ever came to clean it again. We never got to use the jetted tub. The shower in that bathroom (the primary suite) is very small and not very inviting. The lower level has a strange sewer smell, worse at some points of the day than others but it was not very inviting.

    This was absolutely the perfect house to stay in for my trip to Park City over the 4th of July. The house had ample room was incredibly clean and the perfect location. Unfortunately I could not figure out if there was AC so the house was quite warm during the summer heat but overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
