This luxury retreat property features custom finish work which will mesmerize you by the many elegant and inviting touches throughout the home. A gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, specially designed cabinets, and three Gas Fireplaces awaits for your Family and friends to enjoy. Gather around in the living room to play games. In the warmer months, sit on the deck and soak up spectacular mountain views or cook your favorite BBQ meal. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in the privacy of your own bubbling hot tub.

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence.

Living: The open space living room allows your family and friends to lounge on the plush sofa and chairs. Gather around the fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room, under high ceilings and stately exposed wood beams. Large windows look out on Park City Mountain Resort. For extra space, there is an additional family room with 4 home theater seats with extended foot rests on the lower level with a Gas Fireplace and large TV.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the upper floor level features a king-size bed, a sitting area, a private balcony and a Gas Fireplace. The en-suite master bathroom features dual sinks, a deep soaking tub, a stand-up shower and a Walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom, also located on the upper level, features a king-size bed with an en-suite full bathroom.

Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom on the upper level features two bunk beds (twin-size over twin-size) with an en-suite full bathroom.

Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom is on the lower level and features a king-size bed. There is a guest bathroom on the lower level with dual sinks and a dual shower/tub.     The house was perfect for our family & friends! Amazing location - ski/board into the house, walk to fantastic restaurants & apres ski. Beds were comfy & the house had everything we needed + more. The hot tub was a big hit & we all had the best week! We will be back for sure!

    Finally we found a true ski in ski out property. Right across the lightly traveled street is a lightly groomed trail leading directly to the OBE lift (and the ski school drop off). From there if you want the gondola you do have to take off skis to walk right to the gondola. Our green/light blue level skiers could handle the trip. We had great snow. Best to be light blue level to take the Resort run back to the property. We came home for lunch and avoided super long lunch lines on the mountain during a holiday weekend. We got right back on the mountain for the afternoon. The property was lovely with plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. Bunk room was perfect for our kids. Everyone enjoyed the private hot tub. Views down the mountain were lovely and the next nearest property is a ways up the mountain (not right across the street) and the hotel is a ways down the mountain so it felt spacious. The walk to Sundial Plaza was very short so non-skiers don’t feel left out. I hear there’s an on demand shuttle but we didn’t need it. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the property. Plenty of room for ski gear. While we were there we scoured VRBO for a better place anywhere in Canyons or Park Cify or Deer Valley and this was the best.

    Beautiful property in the right location. We had 2 issues upon check in and the management company had personnel on the premises within 30 minutes to fix the issues on a late Saturday afternoon. Kitchen is very well appointed (but we could not find a broom?) The perfect space for 2 families of 5 to ski in Park City.
