This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath is a two-level mountain Townhome which boasts spectacular views from the living room, and is Walking distance from Park City's historic Main Street. The main floor consists of a great room with a rustic Gas Fireplace and large window through which you can enjoy views of the Park City ski runs and the historic district. After an active day, hiking, golfing, biking or skiing/boarding, soothe your weary muscles in the private hot tub. Within this 1,350-square-foot residence, your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 6 in beds; 8 with sofabed.(Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs).

Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the Slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at day's end. You'll enjoy all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a vacation residence. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, butcher's knife block and a blender. There is a dining table set for four and bar seating at the island.

Living: Continue into the open living room, where your Family can lounge on the sofa and chair, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. Gather around the stone Gas Fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room. Large windows look out on the Park City ski lifts and historic district.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a king-size bed. There is an en-suite master bathroom generously sized stand-up shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 : There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom via hallway access with dual shower/tub. An additional twin air mattress is available upon request. Bedrooms all feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens.

Bathrooms are stocked with LOccitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer.

Cooling / Air Conditioning: This residence has central air conditioning.

Parking: The private home features a large two-car garage for guest use, no outside additional parking available. But you will not need a car once you are here.

    While the location of this condo is great, the cleanliness was not. I booked this rental for 6 nights. When I arrived to my condo the place looked like the pictures but immediately turned sore. The entire condo was covered in dog hair. From the sofa, covers, blankets, beds and bedding, carpet and etc was just hair everywhere. How do you charge a cleaning fee when you dont clean the condo. I contacted them immediately and they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. They came about 1pm to replace all the bedding, pillows, and throw blankets. Still doesnt resolve the rest. The water pressure is very low as well. Wasnt too bad in the master but the second bathroom it was terrible. I also got a package delievered to the main office per the instructions and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t there. After about 15mins they realized they delivered my package to someone else condo. I did get it back the next day but the organization and cleanliness have me leaving this condo with a 1 star. Spending 5k plus on this wasnt worth it. Also, they should note to customers if its a dog rental bc someone could have been allergic.

    The chairs at kitchen island were extremely wobbly to the point where we were scared to sit on them. We put them in the laundry room to make sure no one got hurt.The ice machine did not work, ever. The jacuzzi worked for the first day only. I have no desire to try and ask for compensation, but want to assist you in the future to have a better experience for clients

    Cant beat the 3 minute walk to the town lift to get onto the mountain and main area of park city shops/restaurants. Good place with all the basics. As other reviews mentioned a little tight if you have a full group and not enough living room/dining seating for everyone but overall recommend

    Five guys fit pretty well in this condo. Location was ideally close to town and the bus stop to get to Park City Mountain was basically across the street. Only complaint would be the living room didn't have enough comfy seating for all 5 of us to hang out. One sofa and a recliner. Could have used another couch or a sectional. Other than that it was clean, had enough amenities and space for us all. Didn't need to contact management while we were there, so all was well. Highly recommend.

    The location of this property is fantastic—it’s within walking distance of Main Street, and the views from every window are breathtaking. However, our experience had a mix of highs and lows.The property manager was reasonably responsive. When we reported that we couldn’t find the garbage cans and that the fireplace battery needed replacement, the next maintenance person who came out was exceptional—he replaced the battery and brought the garbage cans in from the street. That said, it’s surprising that trash isn’t regularly handled by the management team.Some aspects of the property itself need attention. The barstools were unstable and unusable, and the dining table was small and uncomfortable. The living room seating was also inadequate, with outdated furniture that felt more like it belonged in a relative’s attic. On top of that, the blanket for the couch needed washing—it had an unpleasant odor.Parking was the biggest inconvenience. If you have a larger vehicle, be prepared to park off-site and take an Uber back, which was not ideal. This should absolutely be clarified in the listing that there is only garage parking.One of the most unsettling experiences was with access to the property. Maintenance opened our front door unannounced to leave a parking sticker, and on the morning of our departure, housekeeping arrived an hour early. My son found them sitting in the garage, and they apparently let themselves in to greet us. While the intentions may not have been harm

    Staying here allows you to access Main Street and bus stops in less than five minutes - you can’t beat that! It was very clean and easy to enter and access.Four of us stayed here and although there are enough beds for more people I wouldn’t recommend that. The kitchen table only seats four. Although there is bar space for more. The kitchen is not stocked with any spices or other food staples besides salt and pepper in case you plan on cooking. It could use some more kitchen items as well like a wooden salad bowl and matching players. We were paying almost 2K per night so you expect a little bit more at that price.The hot tub was not clean or working when we arrived. I emailed the property management company and they had someone out the next day to fix and clean it.

    Location is perfect, walking distance to main street and town lift for skiing. Very clean and with all the required amenities/paper products for a week long stay. Fireplace and hot tub very easy to use and great addition. Management was courteous and responsive with any needs we had. I would highly recommend this property.

    We had a wonderful vacation. Property location is excellent for access to main street and town lift, Park City ski area and access to highway. Property was clean, had all the amenities and cleaning/paper products needed for a week long stay. Fireplace was great to have, hot tub was clean and easy to use, and having covered garage parking was perfect. A few suggestions:Bunk beds are a bit uncomfortable, I would recommend replacing mattresses with something better, even if just kids beds.Also the vrbo listing did have incorrect number of bathrooms, the property only has 2.5, but the management company was quick to provide us a partial refund for the misunderstanding.I highly recommend this property and we would stay here again.
