I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this house because of the location. Most beach rentals don't have a view, but this one looks out over the bay, and is uncrowded because it's beside a hugh empty lot that is apparently a right-of-way. Just crois the street and walk one block to the beach. The deck on the house definitely needs to be upgraded. Don't walk on it barefoot! The lower floor needs a bathroom. But we still loved the place for its location.

The location was great with a short walk to either the bay or the beach. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to take a family vacation.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We really loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it gave us several options for entertainment. If we wanted to hang out in Santa Rosa sound without the waves and kayak or fish we could. If we wanted to head to the beach for the day we could. It came with everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, life jackets. It was also just far enough from the business, yet close enough to run up the street to eat and/or shop. Would recommend this place and for a family!
