A charcoal grill is provided for those famous summer night meals. Located right by public access, you can spend all day sunbathing, surfing, playing cornhole and so many other beach games. House isn't right on ocean but almost - just a short walk away. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a nice open kitchen and living space. Very clean but not a lot of extra stuff like spices, paper products, laundry detergent, etc. Requires a separate purchase for linens and towels unless you bring your own. Smallish front porch but good area underneath. Worked well for our two families.

Katinka II was comfortable and inviting. The house seems to be one of the older homes, thus is a bit weathered and musty but overall it fit our family's needs. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and fell in love with Pawleys Island. My only request would be for the owners to allow renters the opportunity to use their beach chairs (which are in the pictures on VRBO). It would also be nice if there was a blow dryer to use. We would certainly stay here again.
