We had a lovely time at Kathy's cabin. Everything was as described and we were centrally located for the places we planned to visit. All instructions were clear and we wanted for nothing. A great host!

We had a very lovely stay. The house was clean and in order. The home is a little tired and needs updating. But the bed is comfy, kitchen supplied, and bathrooms clean. Overall a great stay.

Kathy's Cabin was the perfect place to escape the heat of the Phoenix area and was a very comfortable home base for our northern Arizona adventures. The cabin was beautiful, spacious and set in a nice neighborhood in the pines. The kitchen was very well equipped, and along with the outdoor gas grill made it easy to prepare meals throughout our stay. The beds were comfy and accommodated our family and friends who came to visit. We appreciated the nice quality sheets and towels and the ability to do laundry while we were there. The outdoor amenities including multiple decks and the hot tub made for great relaxation after a day of hiking, disc golf or exploring all that Flagstaff has to offer! There is so much to do! The cabin is a short drive away to charming downtown restaurants, Walnut Canyon, Snowbowl, and Lowell Observatory to name a few places. We even made an overnight trip to the Grand Canyon from here.Best of all were the hosts! The quick and cordial communication was impressive. The check-in process was seamless and their attention to detail was appreciated. We felt very well taken care of!

Perfect property to use as a base to enjoy all of Flagstaff's activities, or just seclude yourself for a rejuvenating getaway.

My husband, my children, and I spent an incredible weekend here. The place was beautiful, the cabin super comfortable, clean, and super nice. The hosts were excellent. The neighborhood was wonderful and very quiet. I highly recommend it.

The home was lovely. Spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room. The hot tub was great!! No problems at all.We didn't expect to have snow, but stores were nearby for food and supplies. The house was warm and cozy, and it was amazing to enjoy the hot tub while watching the snow fall. The hosts provided many little extras and amenities that were appreciated. They were very easy to contact and even stopped by to clear snow off the driveway and entry to the home for us. It was a girls getaway, but we hope to be able to come stay again and bring our families.

We were only here for 2 nights but my husband and I greatly enjoyed the comfortable king bed and furniture. This host has invested in the right places, each room has everything needed for relaxation. Communication was top notch.

The property was clean, well appointment and nestled in the beautiful pines. It was a perfect spot to relax after visiting the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. It’s kid friendly and the hot tub was awesome to relax in after the kids went to bed. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. 5 stars!

We enjoyed the property overall. Was clean and amazing Christmas tree! We booked for one night and after fees we paid over 800. The hot tub was very foamy which we haven’t seen before and would not warm up with us in it above 98. The care of the tub seems to be bestowed on the guests, filling, adding chemicals. There were many decks all around the home but many surrounding houses so did not feel private.outside anywhere.

This property was beautiful and accommodating for our family. We went to visit family and this property was perfect for us. Usually, we stay in a hotel and this gave us the space to relax and spread out. It was a hassle free experience and would recommend this property. Wonderful hosts.

Home is accurately described. Excellent location for access to NAU et al. Recliner couches in living room are super comfortable. Home has a excellent layout. Hosts responded to our inquiries immediately. House was immaculately clean. We'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

Our family trip was made to relocate someone. The host made everything about our trip easy. Communication started immediately after booking and any questions I had were answered within an hour before, during and after our stay. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The Rodriguez have taken alot of time and attention to detail. Everything we needed was there from fully stocked spices in the kitchen to family games to play. It felt like we were at a high end resort with a cozy feeling of home. My kids even slept well the entire trip. The location was perfect. Close to everything that mattered and easy to get from one side of Flag to the other. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly and even helpful. Thank you for making our trip exceptional!!
