Stayed Nov 2, 2025This is such a fun house! The house was a neat mix of historical and modern with a cozy feel. The house is spacious with several sleeping options. The outdoor yard and parking was great too. The hot tub was perfect on a cool crisp evening. I do hope to return!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Great house for a girls weekend. Very clean and active response from management. Even though it was a bit of a walk to Main Street, it was totally doable. I highly recommend this property if visiting Fredericksburg!

Cool amenities (hot tub, horseshoes, cornhole, games) made for fond memories!Strong management communication and follow up made our stay seamless. We will be back!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025The house was awesome! I love that you could sit on the porch upstairs or downstairs! The coffee pot upstairs was great! We absolutely loved the Katrina Haus! I would highly recommend! We had ladies trip for one of our birthdays and this place was absolutely perfect!

Stayed Sep 29, 2025We’ve stayed at many temporary vacation rentals and this is by far one of the best. The house was IMMACULATE. Interior was decorated beautifully and no detail was missed. There was plenty of everything you could need (towels, coffee, dishes, pans, utensils) if you could think of it this place has it. They even offered qtips, cotton balls and bath salts. Outside was well maintained and peaceful. The neighborhood is about a 1 minute drive from Main Street. Check in and out process was seamless and Joe was extremely responsive. He even gave me breakfast recommendations within 10 mins of me messaging him. Great service!

Stayed Sep 9, 2025The property was amazing. I would choose it again and recommend it to my friends. Everything was better than the photos that we saw it when we made the reservation. On the few questions that we had for the host he responded immediately. We did not get an opportunity to use the Jacuzzi but everything was ready for us to use it if we wanted to. I would’ve gave 10 stars if I could’ve.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025My family and I stayed at this location for a few days in July. The property is so cozy and well appointed. We loved the house! It very comfortably slept my family and provided enough room to walk away if someone needed quiet time to themselves. We enjoyed the outside amenities too. The hot tub, fire-pit and outside games kept us entertained all evening. Loved this property and plan to visit again soon!
