Kare Bear Cabin | Walk to Restaurants, Remodeled

The house was VERY clean and in good shape. It's on a busier street than we realized, so it's not the super quiet in the woods feeling we were hoping for. But we were really in town for a specific purpose, so it wasn't a big deal for us. But if you are coming to enjoy the lake, this is probably not the place for you.

Overall it was just ok to stay at. The pictures of the inside were accurate, but the cabin is located next to a busy road. You will struggle to get any peace and quiet. Sitting outside was hard to do as well due to a constant smell of sewage. Furthermore the lawn service showed up unannounced to maintain the property. There is a fire pit outside, but also not really usable due to a small of sewage the majority of the time. The check in process was also not the smoothest due to the management not answering my messages about the check in procedure and had to call them to receive my email about that process. Overall I will not be staying there again.

The house is cozy, clean, organized, and well-equipped. It's close to shops and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely come back

The location was convenient, and the cabin was well stocked with the essentials. The only downside was WiFi connection wasn’t working the first day. That was quickly resolved the next day when the old router was replaced with a new one.

Kare Bear cabin was exactly what we needed for this weekend. I loved the cabin/mountain decor. Location is close to several great restaurants and activities like the movie theatre which was nice since we got a good snow while we were there and didn’t want to travel much on the roads. Owners have done a great job making it feel like home with cozy pillows and blankets and games and even a snowman making kit, great attention to detail.

We had a great ski weekend getaway at this surprisingly spacious cabin. It is located right off Garrett Highway and easy to get almost anywhere fast. We will be back.

Location was great, quiet away from things but close enlight if i can say. Enough space for everyone to have their own down time but living and kitchen was the center of our attention with our stay. Only suggestion poasible a heater for patio, the view was great but hard to enjoy with no hwat, but beautiful. great to

We had a wonderful time at the Kare Bear Cabin. Very quaint but with all the amenities. Loved watching apres ski movies by the fireplace. Perfect Christmas Getaway.

Hi. The property was in excellent condition and was accurately described online before renting. A suggestion would be to send the list of items that should be brought once payment is made instead of after going through the entire rental agreement and providing authorization. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit. Joe Dressel
