The Pink House is a perfect beach house set 100 yards from beautiful Kailua Beach. This Hawaiian Style Home has an open floor plan that includes a combination living/dining area with a galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Recently added Air Conditioning (we read your reviews)! From the front living room windows there is a view of Kailua beach park and the ocean. Adjacent to the main living area is a hall where there are 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The master bedroom and two other bedroomshave queen size beds. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with marble counter tops and new tile flooring. As a bonus off of the living area is a lanai that can be used as an extra bedroom with two queen size beds. Outside there is a large backyard with a patio with outdoor furniture that can used for dining.After a day at the beach the outdoor shower is perfect for getting the sand off your feet. House includes WiFi, washer/dryer, cable tv, dvd, phone, charcoal bbq, boogie boards and beach chairs. This is a nonsmoking, no pets house. The NUC # 90/TVU-0024
