JUST One Block From Beach and One Block From Village – Island Time West

The property it's self is very nice. However, when you first walk inside the property, it smells of mold or wet. The windows had mold. The pool had mold and the pool functions didn't work properly, the water fall or jacuzzi jet didn't work. That was a big let down. For the price we just paid, everything should have been working properly and it shouldn't have smelled of mold. I understand Florida has hurricane and flooding but make sure for the price everything is at best for consumers best experience. I like how dinning and entertainment was at walking distance and so was the beach. House it's self was beautiful and loved that there were plenty of towels. It accommodated our sleeping arrangements, beds were big enough to sleep 2 a bed, didn't need that much room but great for those who do need it. Just a little disappointed in smell and pool not working properly, it was one reason I chose this location and house. Over all I had a great birthday weekend. Thanks hope to rent again in the future.

Great home in an amazing location - easy walking distance to beach, shops, bars, grocery store, and dining venues. You really don’t need to rent a car. We loved the pool and hot tub, foosball and ping pong. Traveled with our 19, 21 year old children and elderly parents. All found the home and amenities just perfect. We loved Siesta Key and can’t wait to come back!

Such a cute property in a fantastic location! Management team was very attentive and helpful, would love to stay again soon!

All good except we saw a couple of roaches.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here in Siesta Key/Sarasota!! 10/10 recommend! Close to shopping, bars, nice places to eat within 10mins or less! We will definitely be back & bring other couples our kids with us. It was a nice little getaway and so close to the beach which was a nice perk! We loved the pool & spa! Heated just perfectly & the colorful pool lights were a nice surprise! The home was very clean & had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest or wish the home provided was pool mats or floats (for laying around in the pool) & for the master shower to have shelves for holding our soaps, sponges, etc. But those are just little things! We were very happy with our stay!

I really liked how close the home was to everything. It was walking distance to Siesta Village and the beach. We just took an uber to a few places so did not even need a car. The only thing is there are a lot of stairs and I didn't realize you could not get from the main part of the home to the pool without going down stairs. Also showers were very small and nowhere to put your shampoo or soap. Needs a bar for older people to hold on to, and some sort of holders, easy fix though. Also more hooks for towels and wet swim suits..but most vrbos don't have hooks for some reason. It was pretty tight for the six of us so I can't imagine having 14 people in there. The pool and hot tub were great. Just wished they were easier to get to. Was hard to carry food to eat outside down the spiral stairs. I loved how hot the hot tub got once you turned it on...that was exceptional. Need more beach chairs and some toys for kids for the beach and an umbrella. The public beach access was easy to walk to and I loved the beach. Not too crowded. It would have been nice to have the outdoor shower working when we would get home, only the foot part worked for some reason. All in all it was a very nice place and never really saw the neighbors so that was great! I would definitely stay in this neighborhood again and the managers were simply fantastic to deal with!

A very nice proposal, good conditions, all you need would be a complete update of your televisions. Nuguno works properly, you can't watch Netflix, YouTube. Since they are too old. I talked to the managers and informed them about it and they didn't give me a solution, it was something very unpleasant, otherwise everything was fine.

Location was great! They supplied all beach items including a wagon. The response time was beyond quick, and there everything was beyond stocked. We would stay here again! The waterfall didn’t work though, but that’s the only complaint

Excellent property! Super clean, very comfortable with 3 full bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms, great location- easy walk to beach and downtown. Lovely ambience in the pool area.

The house was clean and location was excellent. The pool and hot tub came in huge on windy days because the backyard is nicely shielded from the wind. This allowed us to swim on days the beach was too cold to be on in Mid March. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot in a great location

Everything was clean and comfortable. Convenient to walk to the beach and the Villiage. The wagon, towels and beach chairs were convenient too. Only complaint was the internet was very slow.

Our stay was amazing. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach or to the shops. We never had to drive anywhere.
