The neighborhood sits just behind Bass Pro Shops and the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium and is only a short drive from downtown Springfield, the airport, Missouri State University, and so much more.

The house was located in a small easy to locate neighborhood. It was also near many restaurants and stores. It was nice to have a fenced in back yard but it could use a little sprucing up, when the weather allows.The interior of Sunshine House was clean and confortable. It was also stocked with all the neccessities!
