Perfect location

This breathtaking New England beach house was a delightful experience. Each room exuded its own unique charm. The proximity to the beach was simply fantastic, allowing us to witness the breathtaking sunrise every morning. The soothing sound of the train passing by added to the peaceful ambiance. I would definitely return and spend another week exploring this enchanting place.

This is our third year staying at Cheryl and Mike's place and to say that it is heavenly is an understatement. As a mom of three, it's wonderful to not have to think about a ton of extras when going away for a week. The house is well appointed with everything one could need. The kids were well entertained with games and puzzles and loved borrowing a boogie board to use at the beach. Being so close to the beach is an incredible advantage and made it easier to enjoy a day in the waves whenever we pleased. We are so grateful for the hospitality of these hosts. Five stars as usual!

We had an amazing time. the porch is amazing and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a lobster dinner. I didn't realize that we would need to also bring kitchen towels and bath mats, but will know next time. The beds were comfortable, the only thing I would say is it seems the carpet needs a good cleaning. The host was super responsive when we had a question. and was super understanding when our dog damaged a throw pillow. I highly recommend this listing.

My husband and I enjoyed such a nice week at this house! I honestly don’t think the pictures do it justice with how beautiful this home is. Beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need and could think of, and the close proximity to the beach made our time in OOB absolutely amazing. The next time we return to OOB, we will definitely consider renting this home again. Thank you so much!

Location is perfect less then 1 minute of walk. House is very clean, alot of Smalls surf board, beach chair and beach toys. Thanks to Cheryl and Mike, the owner, they are easy to comunicate with them

Stayed here with my husband, my parents, and our 2 boys. Amazing location and really nice house. Downstairs is very spacious and great closet space. Incredible amount of games and beachgear which was great b cause we came from the south so we're very limited in what we could bring with us.

This is our second stay at Cheryl and Mike's property and it was unchanged and just as wonderful as our first stay. There's something nice about having a familiar place to return to when vacationing. The decor is beachy and beautiful and there is plenty of space to make yourself at home. Our kids love the big selection of board games and puzzles for down time and the breakfast bar that opens to the kitchen window is a fav spot to start the day. You couldn't ask for a better location. We love the convenience of being so close to the beach especially with young kids. Tami Lynn's is right there for a quick bite to eat and we even manage to walk to the pier area without issue. Cheryl is super responsive and honestly there isn't an amenity missing. We were grateful for air conditioning during the heat wave this month. If you have the opportunity to stay with these hosts, don't pass it up!!

The property was in a prime location for our family. Just far enough away from the busy pier but close enough to walk. The location to the beach was prime. The house was close enough if you forgot anything for the beach you could easily run back to get it. The home was a quintessential beach retreat. Cute beach/cottage decor. The outdoor shower was helpful to wash the sand off. We loved the board games and the front porch especially. We are grateful for our stay!

2nd time staying here. Cant beat the location. Cheryl & Mike provide pretty much everything you neeed for a perfect beach day! We'll be back! :)
