Great house and location! Check-in was a little frustrating because the code we were given didn’t work so after driving 12 hours, we spent 20 minutes on the phone getting a code that worked, BUT we got in and had a great time! Plenty of room! No hair dryer as stated so we ended up buying one. Would be great to have a bigger broom and maybe a vacuum since so much sand gets tracked in. Public beach access being next to the house didn’t bother us at all. People were pretty quiet and respectful. Definitely had to get trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Overall was a great house and I would bring my family and friends here again!

The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfy beds and extra pillows. Big bathrooms. Blackout curtains, and clear windows that keep out a lot of noise. AC was cold! It was very clean and furniture in good condition. The covered porches are *chef’s kiss*! Comfy, solid deck furniture. Great for dolphin watching with a morning cup of coffee.On one side of the house there is public beach access. So you will constantly have people walking by. A couple houses east there is another public access point and a small beach rental company for umbrellas, chairs, etc. Because of this, everyone and their dog (ok not really the dog) set up on the beach in front of the house. Not terrible if you’re an extrovert, but definitely not your jam if you’re looking for more privacy. The house could use a little more stocking- a couple more cutting boards, cooking utensils like a pasta spoon, a metal colander (not plastic). You will need to bring all your basics: foil, cooking oil, plastic baggies, beach towels, Tupperware, salt and pepper, all purpose cleaner, etc. I know this isn’t always included in other homes, but it is nice to not have to bring everything.We also experienced the frequently beeping of the alarm system and weak internet (they need signal extenders). One of the deck chairs was broken as well as the coffee pot. The grill is unusable as it is completed rusted out and deteriorating. We notified Liquid Life and they were helpful!

There were several problems we experienced starting as soon as we walked in the door. The floor in the first two stories were soaking wet, having recently been mopped but yet to dry. The alarm at the door went off periodically and we couldn't get it to turn off. The WiFi was very poor, completely stopping us from doing class work during our trip. When we got back from dinner the first night the alarm was still going off and a tech finally arrived hours after our original complaint. The tech simply removed the alarm panel and noticed a leak. They then shut off the water for the entire house and was thinking about having us moved. While they didn't move us, they had someone come out to check the leak. That person was in the house until almost 1 am when they found the leak and turned the water back on. They put loud driers in the house for days to dry the leak. The tv in one of the rooms didn't work at all. A lamp in one of the rooms flickered and caused the breaker to trip, turning off the power to the entire room. The showers drained slowly and had poor pressure. The ice maker in the fridge smelled like fish. The home owners were apparently aware that the WiFi worked very poorly but didn't feel the need to mention that previously. The advertised grill was completely rusted out, as well as the outdoor shower. While the house was fine it was full of problems, some of which were known by the owner before we even arrived.

It was perfect. We had a great time! The house was so great for our family!
