The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We especially loved all of the bathrooms and the upstairs deck. The shortcomings were mostly due to poor upkeep of appliances and the communication with the property manager. Upon arrival, we received an email from the property manager making us aware that the oven was not working and that a repair man was unable to fix it until Monday. We then told him that we were missing three beach tags and that trash cans were overflowing with garbage in the garage, which also smelled like seafood. He took care of these things, bringing new beach tags and making arrangements for the trash to be taken the next morning. We then discovered that the coffee maker did not work and the dishwasher wouldn't always latch properly causing it to not run. We contacted the property manager again, but he did not reply to these communications. All week, we felt as though the refrigerator and freezer were giving off a fishy smell, but we did not notice until we were leaving that seafood liquid must have spilled behind one of the drawers. The tenants before us did not do a very thorough job cleaning up after themselves, but the property manager must not have checked the property prior to our arrival.

Complaint was that it needed a deep clean and painting. I’d stay again if floors, rugs and furniture were cleaned and walls painted.

The bonus room was great for older children. We would definitely rent this property again. We had a few very small issues and the rental company promptly got back to us and promptly addressed the issues. The Powers Group was a pleasure to deal with from the point of looking for a rental through the actual rental.

This proper was close to everything and just off beach block. I have a 24 and 21 year old who each got to bring a few friends and everyone enjoyed their stay.
