Just Listed: Vacation Townhome- Beach Across the Street- Gulf View- Pool & More

The place was very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. Our host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved this place with the beach across the road. We will definitely love to stay here again.

Everyting was perfect. The host was awesome. Can't wait to go therrr again. Perfect view, could see beach from balcony. Bike trail was great also. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a better host! Mike was super helpful, responded quickly, and gave us so many recommendations for activities, food, and atmosphere. The place was perfect, and even had a fully stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Miramar beach was wonderful.

This place was conveniently located across the street from a public beach access and great restaurants/bars. The complex also had a pool that we enjoyed every day. Parking was easy too! The storage room had a lot of things to use, such as bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, and toys. The only thing was that the floors were pretty dirty when we arrived and there was only a broom to sweep. I wish there was a swiffer mop or vacuum to use for a quick cleanup at the end of the day. But the place was great other than that. We enjoyed the balconies, dining table, and the washer/dryer came in handy with our small children. Mike was also very responsive and made sure we were doing okay, and gave great restaurant recommendations!

This was our first time to Miramar and it did not disappoint. The location of the complex was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and the rental came with all the beach necessities such as umbrellas, chairs, and bikes. The living space was nice and comfortable with two balconies with a peek of the ocean. We will definitely be going back. The owner was so helpful and very pleasant to work with.

We had a great trip here! The townhouse was beautiful and a very clean! The location was great and the view was so nice to be able to see the water from both balconies. The host was very helpful in the booking process and with offering suggestions of places to eat and things to do!!

The Costa Vista property is a great choice for staying in Miramar Beach. It's close to shopping and dining and, most importantly, only a short walk from the beach! This was our first time staying in this unit (we've stayed in other units on previous trips). This was definitely our favorite so far! The unit is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The owners have provided all the necessary items (and then some!) as well as fun beach equipment and bikes for guests to use. We had great communication with the owners and they were open to our suggestions and very helpful whenever we had questions. We highly recommend this place!

Mikes place was perfection. He was available and friendly during our communications. The apartment was very clean and he thought of everything one could possibly need and had it available. The walk to one of the most beautiful beaches was a breeze. Literally across the street. We would definitely rent here again and recommend it to all friends and families.

The location was fantastic! Everything was as described if not more! Michael was a great host, this was our first trip to Miramar and he gave us a lot of ideas and suggestions on what to do and where to go! We will recommend this condo to everyone visiting the Miramar/Destin area!

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family of four. Very short walking distance to the beach and everything was provided! The property was clean and spacious and we will definitely stay here again!

This was our third Gulf Coast trip in three years; honestly, this was our favorite stay. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. There was enough of everything, from the number of pillows to the silverware to the beach towels and equipment! Probably my favorite thing available was the bicycles (even though we only used two of the four). I loved riding on three of our six available mornings. There is no better place to ride than a long blue skied coast! The house was comfortable and clean and it was perfect! Michael sent me so much information about the area (shopping, places to eat, activities), that we only cooked at the house one time (The electric grill was awesome!) I could go on and on about the house, but you should just check it out for yourselves! I always try and give a couple cons when I review something (because nobody is perfect). Really the only con I have, was that the master bedroom ceiling fan did not have a cord to make the power higher. I like sleeping with a strong fan. This was fixed on the second night, when I realized there was a tower fan behind the door! Therefore, there were no cons! Go check this property out! Walking distance from swimming, eating, shopping! 10/10

The location is great, close to restaurants and stores. The beach is across the street which is very convenient. We loved our stay, the owner is very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic find. Excellent property, easy walk to the beach, close to anything you would want in Destin. Supply closest is wonderfully stocked with bikes, carts, umbrellas, chairs and more, owners thought of everything. Pool was hardly used by other residents; it was as if we had a private pool most of the time. Property was quiet and relaxing. Would easily return. Thanks.
