Stayed Jul 26, 2025We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean on arrival, Checkin was easy with a door code instead of key pick up. Air conditioning was not working, so we relied on window units which sufficiently cooled except on the two 90 degree days. Laundry is available, but located in a cellar type basement which was poorly lit. Seating in the living room was ample but awkwardly laid out. Deck was a nice “extra living space” on cooler days. We enjoyed using the grill for dinners. The beach was conveniently located just a ten minute walk away, but was pretty rocky, so we ended up driving to Hyannis for beach days. The two upstairs bedrooms have walls that don’t go all the way to the ceiling, so lack privacy.
