Just Listed! - Beautiful 4 Bed 3 Bath Close To Strip W/pool/spa/gameroom

The owner Rick was a great host if we needed anything he was right there to help. The place is nice could use a little paint here and there but overall very comfortable!

This was our second time staying here and has never been a problem throughout the whole process!! Communication is prompt and the cleanliness and spacious house is great for friends and family!

The house is great! Quiet neighbourhood, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and the kitchen is well-equipped.Things we didn't like:- unreasonably large amounts of money for deposit if you are not buying the insurance, and I mean unreasonable, unfortunately I can’t say how much or my review won’t be posted. And they will refund it in 2 weeks! This is outrageous - If you keep the communication on VRBO, they are not very responsive. I did not try texting, but I called a few times during business hours, and they didn't pick up either - There were no extra sheets in the house, so be prepared- The heater downstairs kept resetting to 62, 62 is cold- There are way too many rules; no way we could keep them all in our heads, so I was paranoid the whole time

The location was great, close to the strip, but far enough away. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great getaway. Had a couple questions when I got to the house and the response was immediate. Definitely recommend this place.

Bedroom space was amazing especially for 4 women. Nice neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. Great bar area. Nice outdoor space. Spa was a little dirty most likely due to wind. I should have notified hosts they would have cleaned immediately. Lots of lounging space. Bathrooms were great as well. A very nice property in a great location.

Beautiful house, plenty of room for all of us. Game room was a big hit! Pool was perfect for hanging out in the hot Vegas sun

Quiet, clean, & super easy check in & check out. 3 couples celebrating their 50th birthday. Great place to stay when you need a break from the Las Vegas strip.

We had a great weekend at the house. Location was great! It was too cold to use the pool, and the Wi-Fi went ou so we had a few issues with the spa, but Jason helped us through them. Plenty of room for the six of us to hang out, play games, and venture out to enjoy the Vegas night life.

The house was exactly like it was indicated. The was 15-18 minutes away from Las Vegas Blvd. I would definitely rent this house again.

Took my first trip to Vegas with some friends and really enjoyed the property. The residence was as advertised and worked perfectly for us. It was clean and everything was in working order. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and gave me easy to follow instructions. Will definitely stay here again in the future

I’ve stayed at vrbos with friends and have many who own them. They have welcome baskets and updated homes. The pictures online look a lot better than in person. Bathrooms look dirty but maybe aged terribly. We like staying at places at least as nice as home, and a notch up is better. This was not that. Couldn’t cook Bfast with one good pan! A good set isn’t even $200. Worth the investment for these prices. Anyway, just not up to par. But ok.

Tons of space and plenty of sleeping spots for everyone. East checkin and checkout. Looking forward d to staying here again someday!

The house was great, location was good, the best part was the pool in the backyard. Also, the beds were great here, and they had nice pillows and bedding, unlike a lot of other rentals that just throw cheap bedding down. All of us ladies loved staying here!

Neighborhood not the best and house looked rough on outside but nice on the inside.

Even though it was an older neighborhood it was very quiet and quite nice. We really enjoyed how clean the House was and enjoyed the beautiful pool and spa. It was also near the strip which was also convenient.

Everything was great! Just a couple things that could be improved especially to go along with the price. 1. The hot tub was in fact, not hot. 2. The property was not provided with any travel shampoo, thus requiring multiple people in our group to go purchase shampoo conditioner and body wash. These being said, the beds were clean, and wonderful, the spaces to hang were accessible and fun, and the kitchen was easily accommodating to cook for 10 people.

The home is beautiful, property managers were very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay. Owner was very communicative with any questions i had about anything. Whenever there was an isuue he promptly resolved the situation. Speaking of, we only needed help accessing the whirlpool. Other than that, there were no issues. The listing was as advertised and we enjoyed staying there. Anywhere we wanted to go was no longer than 20 mins away. Wal-Mart was only 8 or nine minutes away which was a plus. I highly recommend the property.
