The back yard is completely fenced so your kids and lucky dog can enjoy the views too! This homeis about one block to the Nestucca Adventures boat launch and kayak, SUP rental marina.

Layout:
2 level home. 2nd level entry has kitchen, deck, living room, dining area. Bedroom with king bed and full master bath. Bedroom with king bed. Bedroom with Double bed. Full hall bath and additional 1/2 bath near the kitchen. Downstairs is all garage (partially accessible to guests). The back yard is fenced. There is no specific water access (no dock or trail to water and the bank is rip-rapped).

Just Ducky is on the banks of the quieter east side of the Nestucca River in Pacific City about 1 mile from the beach and about 2 miles from Cape Kiwanda. It is conveniently near the grocery store, marina and restaurants. The field across the street from the house is a wildlife refuge home to several species of birds and other creatures.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
