Stayed Jan 17, 2025The accommodations were perfect for our family. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because there was no heat in the basement and the four people sleeping in the basement were cold, but we gathered up the extra blankets for them. Everything else was great. My grandkids loved the hot tub and foosball table. We would love to return. We noticed the smoke detector in the basement was missing and there is a fairly large tear on top of the soda. One suggestion is door mats inside all of doors leading outside. A larger mat in the basement would be helpful during winter. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 26, 2022We arrived at the property around 4:45pm and the door did not open. I called and got that sorted. Afterwards, noticed that the water was not coming from the kitchen and bathrooms and the water was turned off. Had to shovel front and back path ourselves and had to ask for snow melts. Urine smell in upper floor couch. Carpets on upper and basement floors had lots of stains and the cleaning crew must have not done a good job cleaning. Found baby socks and towel near the living room sofa. The coffee pot was not cleaned or the filters. There were utensils with egg crust etc. Found a alive/dead mice in the basement. For the price you pay it is not up to standards. I felt very dirty the whole time we were there. Read reviews before you book, and ask a lot of questions.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022Enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't want to leave this morning! Very comfortable beds, great hot tub, well equipped kitchen (but no coffee filters). Enjoyed hanging out on the back deck gazing at the stars and on the front porch with nice wooded lake views.

Stayed Dec 26, 2021The hot tub was a big hit. The upstairs stayed warm while the downstairs was too cold. the living room was smaller than we expected, but we made it work. The rugs were pretty stained and in fairness it rained the whole time but there should be something at the back door to stop shoes from tracking in leaves and mud. We did enjoy our stay.

Stayed Aug 20, 2021Just about Paradise was a nice place to stay, plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed use of the hot tub and fire pit. The location was great, close to a lot of activities.

Stayed Oct 9, 2020Great rental house! Our entire family enjoyed the house, especially the fire-pit and hot tub. The carpet could use a steam clean, but this place is very nice for a cabin in the woods and pet friendly.

Stayed Oct 1, 2020Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house is very roomy and fit our family nicely. The kitchen is fully stocked. Location was very good, pretty much within 10 minute drive of everything.

Stayed Jul 27, 2020Spacious house, but needed some repairs and updates. Overpriced, but did get to see a bear and a doe with 2 fawns walk across the yard. Lake view was minimal due to tree coverage.
