Just a mile up from Lake Superior located in the middle of Duluth!

The host was very responsive. The place was spotless and was in a great location for exploring Duluth. A cozy -- and wonderfully quirky -- getaway!

We had wonderful stay, the property was just as described. Communication was great and the house had a nice homey feel to it. The place was clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved it!

This is a great place to stay. It was clean, well kept up, and in a quiet area of the neighborhood.

Great place for our 3 generations to stay together and explore

We used the house as a home base during our destination wedding in Duluth. We brought our dog with us and were happy that the streets were perfect for long walks! We had everything we needed in the house and the hosts even left us a wedding gift! We'll never forget our stay there!

Location was perfect. Ample sleeping space. Only downfall for our family is gramma doesn’t do stairs well and the bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs so they checked into a hotel, but that wasn’t the fault of the host, I didn’t read carefully enough. Will keep this in mind for future trips to Duluth! Just was very communicative and helpful!!

This property appeared old but was clean and my kids loved the basement with the pink toilet!

Pros: clean, responsive, easy to find, comfortable. Cons: very loud squeaky floors, very strict noise restrictions* not listed on VRBO, noisy neighbors and a lot of work needs done to the home. * You are not allowed to make noise INSIDE the home from 8pm-8am or they will kick you out. The hosts also do not allow you to spend time outside the house. Please see attached photo from the large rule binder to prove I’m not making this up.

We had a great stay. Hosts were amazing, informative, and in contact with us answering any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Location was great for getting around Duluth. Would stay here again.

Was a good location and walking distance to the lake (about 10 blocks). Did not stay at the house much since we were out and about but did have everything we needed.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was great for canal Park/61 and to get around Duluth. The host was amazing and had great ideas for things to do. Was a perfect landing spot to make the most out of our trip!

Nice property. Plenty of room. Very squeaky wooden floors and stairs. A dog (In a kennel) next door would just bark at you incessantly if you were outside. Place was clean and comfortable.

Our growing family needed a place to stay over the holidays and this was perfect. We had a cozy place to celebrate! The owners were amazing with communication, very helpful and accommodating! They even decorated for the season!

Very nice quant home with alot of old charm.

The house was clean and well appointed. It was in a great location with easy access to downtown. It was nice to have a garage, so we didn't have to park on the street. Loved the football theme. I have a lot of family in Wisconsin...go Packers!

The communications with the owners was excellent -- they were very nice, responsive, and answered all our questions. They even went out of the way to gather more information about the marathon route for us. The property is very centrally located to Duluth and easy to get to - this is definitely a plus! The house was very clean. Liked that there was a coffee pot, lots of towels, some snacks. Cute place!

Totally met our needs for our stay! Hosts communicated well in a timely manner. Place was clean & well appointed but is definitely an older home—floors are very creaky & wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers.

Nice location with the park nearby!

We chose this house because it is a similar layout to my grandparents' former home, which is a few blocks away. This is an older house in a quiet neighborhood, all the amenities of home, definitely not a hotel. Great selection of games and books and Up North Wisconsin decor. Kitchen has more dishes than you could ever need. There aren't cabinets available to stash your food while you stay, but there is some counter space and the garage has space to put your emptied cooler and boxes or bags.
