Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is walking distance to the pool, beach and downtown which is a plus. We liked the layout of the cottage as it was just my husband and myself. We also liked having the king size bed on the main floor however the headboard is not attached to the bed and moves around. The kitchen is well equipped except that the garbage can has not been cleaned for awhile and is very old. The screen porch is a great place to sit and we enjoyed it every day. It really could use pressure washing on the wooden parts to clean the built up dirt. Also we couldn’t use the dressers in the master because they had not been cleaned out in awhile. The bathrooms and the floors had been cleaned and it was decorated in a cute beachy vibe. The rental company was extremely responsive to us and brought a new Keurig when the other one stopped working. They answered us whenever we texted.

We had a wonderful week at the Savannah Cabana! The cottage is adorable. We loved the proximity to the beach and shops. Everything was walkable. We especially enjoyed the fitness center and private pools. While the family pool at the end of the street was closer, we preferred the west pool. There was a snack bar and more of a scene. We would stay at the SC in Seaside again in a heartbeat!

We were greeted with a generous welcome package and I was very excited that we even received 2 complimentary bicycle rentals for the length of our stay. The cottage was very clean and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We realized that we needed 2 more wrist bands and they were immediately delivered to us before we could unpack. I will be renting again from Homeowner's Collection.

The management company was easy to work with, so responsive and the welcome package was just a wonderful added touch. The house is a perfect location to the beach and square. Wonderful space for a small family or just a couples get away. The house was so clean and smelled fresh. Even the towels and sheets were high quality and made the stay even more comfortable. Can’t wait to rent again!

Two couples stayed here with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Fantastic location… 5 houses from the beach and far enough off 30A that you’re not bothered by traffic or noise. Walking, or biking, distance to great shops and restaurants. The house is well stocked with everything you’ll need, including beach stuff. We still rented the beach chair/umbrella set up that was offered (which was amazing). On street parking in front of the house was easy and convenient. Absolutely loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and enjoying a wicked Florida thunderstorm. We can’t say enough good things about this property. The management company was attentive, easy to contact and responded quickly to anything we needed. We’re West coast people… but we’re already planning our next trip back to Seaside and this property. Highly recommend!
