Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to seaside many times through the years and it is always a great time! Regarding the property, I think it could use a little refurnishing, but we had everything we needed. The stairs and the ladder going to the loft were a bit hard to get up and down. The master bath could have been a little larger, it was cramped in there. The only con to the trip was we were told we’d get 10% off since we were a returning customer. We were not informed it was only 10% off a certain portion of the rental and were stuck with covering the rest. I wish homeowners collection would have taken responsibility for not communicating that and covered it but they were a bit rude about it and we as the customer had to eat the cost... Aside from that they were very friendly during our stay. Overall, Seaside is always a 10/10 and I will definitely be back!

We appreciated the entry ramp for ease of moving luggage.A couple of suggestions are to put small mats at the entry, outside and in to help keep the floor clean. This would have been good especially as we had snow for several days! Also, the lighting was uncomfortably bright; dimmers would make the space more enjoyable. The furniture for tv viewing was lacking in comfort.This is a small thing, but it would have been nice to have small size glasses -- not plastic.

A comfortable master suite with adjoining bath, a perfect second room with bunk beds and a fun loft area, a comfortable sitting area downstairs and a delightful sitting area up a half flight of stairs in a decent sized loft area that had another full mattress in a little nook to the side. Plenty of outdoor space to hang out as well in a screened porch below and open deck above. Rental agency was always at the ready to help. Would definitely rent this cottage again! As far as location, there is no bad location here. I do enjoy the quiet of Robert’s Way though. As to Seaside itself, it just gets better and better and we’ve been coming here for 30 years. It is truly my happy place!

The 2 bedroom house had great areas for different groups to gather and a great use of space. We truly enjoyed the upper deck at night and everything was very clean upon our arrival. The rental company was very organized and on top of things. The washer was unfortunately broken the entire week we were there but they found a place for us to do our laundry.

Place is really cozy. I love the area. It’s close enough to the beach and pavilion, yet still quiet and calm. This was my first time at seaside and I will definitely be back! An incredible experience

We loved the location because it’s quiet and just a short walk to the beach. It was nice sitting on the deck in the evening. The upstairs loft is so cozy. The home was very clean. I highly recommend booking a home through the Homeowner’s Collection. The service and amenities are top notch. We will be back to Seaside again next year!
