- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    The set up of the rooms (4 bedrooms) each with their own shower was really great. It allowed three sets of adults some private space and then let kids share a bunk room. The sizing and set up of all the bedrooms and shared living space was just the right amount to feel cozy and still be able to spread out. We really appreciated the Avantstay managers: they were easy to work with; we had to make a schedule change early on and they took care of that easily for us. We had a couple of questions and concerns during the trip and they quickly gave us responses as well as took note of our concerns to maintain the property for the next guests.We are booking with Avantstay again next year!

    Perfect, quiet neighborhood, easy shuttle service to Main street, equipped with everything we needed, thank you for the rest and relaxation! The hot tub while it's snowing, the huge stars, couldn't get any better!

    Great value. If you are looking for “new construction” this is not it. But if you want a cozy home with everything you need after a day of skiing look no further. We will be back.

    We enjoyed the location close to deer valley base. Easy to drive over to parking lot in the am and get the kids to ski school. It was also nice having a garage. The hot tub was key at the end of the day. The house came with all the pots, pans and accessories needed to cook and clean which was nice.

    Clean, well maintained property. We have stayed at multiple Deer Lake Village townhomes and this is one of the nicer ones. The kitchen is well stocked, it has a new washer & dryer and the property manager is very responsive. You cannot beat the location - it's walking distance to Deer Valley (Snow Park) - though not with ski gear.
