Juniper Ridge, and offers over 5300 sq ft of living space, 4 Bedroom + Den and

bunk room, 5 bathrooms, a library, home office and the most expansive views in

Mammoth! This luxurious residence offers the best amenities for your Mountain

retreat set amongst breathtaking views that your friends and family will be

swooning over. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with

panoramic windows and views, cozy gas fireplace and 55 Smart TV, or move the

party downstairs into the separate den with 75 Smart TV, foosball table. Or

maybe you prefer some quiet time in the library with fireplace, and beautiful

window seat overlooking the grounds plus bonus Queen sleeper sofa. If you must

have to get work done on vacation, you will have the privacy of the closed off

home office on the upper floor. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely

stocked kitchen with 6 burner gas range, two dishwashers, dining for 6, Smart

TV, with adjacent patio with BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Host a feast fit

for a king in the large dining area seating a minimum of 8, whilst enjoying

the Valley views from the floor to ceiling windows. On the lower level, the

first master suite features a California King bed with private en-suite,

flatscreen TV. Across the hall is the den and game room with foosball table,

large flatscreen TV that features a Full sofa bed sleeping 2, and access to

full bath upstairs. Leading off the den is the bunk room perfect for the

kiddo's with so much space for play. This room features two sets of twin bunk

beds for a total of 4 twins with TV (note this room does not have a closet but

is equipped with a wall system for hanging). On the upper level the main

master suite features a King bed, TV, private balcony, all looking out to

those unbeatable views. With Large private en-suite bathroom complete with

soaking tub, walk-in steam shower and double vanity and large walk-in closet.

The home office and an additional window seating area are also on this top

level. Outside of the Master and Office there is an additional seating area by

the window, which also offers an additional queen sleeper sofa. The third

master bedroom features a Queen bed with en-suite full bath, plus daybed with

trundle. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and a daybed and en-suite full

bath.



This home has a 2 car garage and driveway that can accommodate up to 2 more

vehicles. A private laundry room on the middle level gets the chores done, and

an additional powder room. This home is located just a stones throw away from

the Eagle Express Lupin run where you can ski down from the home, cross the

road and ski down to Eagle Lodge on the access path, providing the ultimate

convenience. If you are looking for something special and a unique vacation

have come to the right place! This home is expansive at over 5000 sq ft, there

is room for all of the family to spread out. The Juniper Ridge community is

one of the most sought after areas in Mammoth and without a doubt the best

place for your dream mountain retreat. A short walk or ski down the slope side

will allow to access the Eagle ski run. Or you are just a short drive to Eagle

Lodge or The Village, you are only a few minutes away from the heart of it

all. This home requires a refundable security deposit. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit sleeps a maximum of 16 people,

has 3 levels inside and no steps to enter. The home offers a two car private

garage, with additional driveway parking for 2 vehicles. There is no smoking

    Our group of four families had a wonderful stay at Juniper Ridge 16 during a long weekend of skiing and snow activities. The home offered ample space to accommodate everyone comfortably. We particularly appreciated the spacious kitchen and the property’s close proximity to the slopes. We highly recommend it!

    The overall experience was great! The location of the house is wonderful and the house itself was beautiful. We had few problems such as the refrigerator not cooling and one of the toilets clogging, but Mammoth reservations was quick to address issues. I would go back and would recommend it to friends/family.

    Rental experience was great. Smooth transaction and obtaining keys / accessing property. I have one complaint though- i understand the property is built for skiing however the house was too hot to fall asleep comfortably. There was no detail mentioned that there was no air conditioning. Please please inform the renter of this and please make the small effort of placing multiple space fans to facilitate more comfort. I will hands down visit this property again if this is changed. I otherwise have no complaints. Thanks!

    Full service kitchen, outstanding design and furnishings, double garage , all possible amenities, Snow Creek athletic club privileges , very comfortable home. What’s not to like? Worth the extra investment.

    Great location next to Eagle, short walk to the slopes. Went with another family and plenty of space for the 9 of us. Kids had fun playing foosball. Good to note that there is not a bathroom in the bunk bed room. They can walk up the stairs to a spare bathroom w/shower. Also, large SUVs wont fit in the garage due to garage door height, especially if you have a cargo box on top.

    This place was amazing! It fit 4 families and kids with extra space to hangout! We loved the style and decoration of the Chateau. Plenty of amenities and very kid and family friendly. We enjoyed the views and location. Very close to the Village!

    Everything about our stay was perfect. The management company is great and exceeded our expectations. The house is one of a kind and it suited our group very well. Very well appointed and stocked. We cooked every night in the spacious kitchen and the fireplace in the kitchen is a really nice touch. We look forward to our next trip to this amazing home.
