This luxurious 5-star, 4 bedroom and bonus den, 3.5 bathroom townhome has some

of the most breathtaking views in Mammoth, and is located on the ski-back

trail from Eagle Run at Mammoth Mountain. This three story gem in the sought

after Juniper Crest community features mountain décor and top notch amenities,

including a private Jacuzzi, wood flooring, attached 2-car garage and Samsung

washer/dryer makes for the most comfortable Mountain Getaway you could dream

of! With two master suites, and two private decks to soak in those stunning

views, it doesn't get much better, or maybe you prefer to catch the sunset

over Mammoth Mountain while enjoying a soak in the private jacuzzi tub.



The spacious living room features a custom stone gas fireplace and mantel set

before the private outdoor balcony with fabulous views of Mammoth Mountain and

the Sherwins, complete with BBQ gas grill. The dining area seats 6 (with an

extension available), and leads into a full gourmet kitchen equipped with a

bar area (with additional seating for 3), granite countertops, custom tile

flooring and modern stainless steel Viking appliances. Additional high-end

upgrades include a Harman Kardon media room, in-home sound system throughout,

and in-floor hydronic heating. The master bedroom on the top floor features a

King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom with

double vanity and a stand-up shower and separate soaking tub, perfect for a

nice hot bath after a long day on the slopes. If you must work while away, it

also comes equipped with a desk and chair so you can get the work done! The

second master suite also features a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and

private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The upstairs alcove room

features a daybed with a Twin bed on top and Twin trundle underneath and a

flatscreen TV (please note this bedroom does not have a closet). The third

bedroom, located downstairs on the lowest level, has a Queen bed and access to

the shared hall full bath with stand up shower. The den/bonus room downstairs

boasts a private gas fireplace and pull out sofa bed, with large flatscreen TV

and access to the private hot tub. The laundry room is on the lower level

complete with washer/dryer so you can get the chores done if you must! There

is a half bathroom located on the main level with the kitchen/living room.

This beautiful and private complex is just 150 yards to the chair lift at

Eagle Lodge with a ski back trail, or approximately a 5 minute walk to the

slopes or base of the chair. The community is also located on the walking path

that wraps around the Valentine Reserve, so you also have quiet, untouched

nature on your back doorstep. With a private 2 car-garage, this home boasts

all the amenities of 5-star mountain luxury.



All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a MAXIMUM

of 10 people, non-smoking and no pets. There are 1 step to this unit and there

are 3 levels inside. The condo comes with a private 2-car garage, and 1

additional spot in the outside driveway in Summer only (due to snow storage

and roof shedding, this is not available in Winter). If more parking is

    Traveled with two families with young children.The house was as described and large enough for all of us. I especially liked how there were plenty of bathrooms and a separate den area downstairs to spread out. The couches were comfortable. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge which was a highlight for us snowboarders.With the historic season of snowfall, getting one of our cars out of the garage was difficult. Also, only two cars are allowed and they don't advertise that they are not allowed to give out a third pass. Rather they will suggest a separate paid for lot. The beds could have been more comfortable.Overall, I would stay here again!

    This is a gorgeous property, flawlessly maintained and cozy feeling, but also very roomy for a family of 4. We appreciated the jacuzzi, the well-equipped kitchen, the heated bathroom floors, the views from the living room, and a garage outlet for trickle-charging our electric car.The walk to and from the chairlift (via local roads) was too long for our young skiers, but it was pretty easy to drop them off and return the car home before starting our ski day.

    We were very happy with the condo. Unit was very accommodating and warm. Our family (9) had a wonderful time together with plenty of room. Spa was great after all day hiking. We will be returning. Thank you for the use of your home.

    This is the perfect townhouse for a ski trip. Theres enough space and bedrooms to accommodate properly. You can’t beat the location...all to lifts. And the jacuzzi has was warm and had a beautiful view! We will be back
