Location was great including beach access, listing was accurate, house was clean. Important to note: driveway and main entrance to the property is extremely dark; must bring ALL your own essentials (salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc - there is nothing); many minor inconveniences (have to hold the washing machine open with one hand one while loading).

The place was adorable and beautiful view. However, the toilets were horrible, wasnt very clean, and one bedroom had outlets that wouldn't hold a cord

They have several cabinets/closets locked so all of our stuff was on the counter. Beds were comfy. Overall good spot and we will stay here again.

Beds were comfortable the deck was very nice! Even in the rain the covered part of the deck gave us a beautiful place to sit with family and have fun! Just a short steps to the beach! Was absolutely amazing stay!

We came here with family for a 60th birthday party and it was perfect. The house is rustic but clean and cozy and neat. It had everything we needed and we were extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was to die for. I highly recommend this spot. We will be back.

House was great! Kitchen was well appointed as we had everything we needed. Wonderful deck to hang out and watch the sunset and waves roll in. Short and easy walk to beach.

The location is perfect, not too busy, close to all the attractions and stores. House is a perfect beach house, not scared to get sandy but also well kept. Bring groceries and extra toilet paper. The beach is beautiful!

Girls (7of us) trip 2924 was awesome at Eolf’s Retreat! We booked it due to the deck & it sure was perfect for us! Would definitely book again! =)

The deck is awesome! Not only is the deck large from it we can get to the beach with ease.

Property is great. Only complaint is the AC unit needs replacing. Older heat pump unit just couldn’t cut it on two hot days. Up to 83 during day but was cooler than outside and cooled down overnight. Even that didn’t necessarily hinder our stay. Just walk the 50 yards to the water and problem solved. Not overly crowded beach area at all.

The close walk through the sand to the water was also a plus. We did book in July and struggled to keep the house cool. I don't know if it's an undersized unit or too much heat outside. We had too use box fans to make it through the night. Overall the family loved the house but unless the AC is addressed, we will find another location.
