This property was amazing. The decor was cute, house has been updated and is a clean and spacious. There were 8 adults in our stay and only 2 people shared a bed. Plenty of towels, games and kitchen supplies. The outside hot tub, desk and fire pit were amazing. Large property. A quiet neighborhood surround by lots of trees and wildlife. Definitely looking for as to a return visit in warmer weather so we can use the pool. Only a 2 mile walk to Lake MI or a 1 mile drive. So nice!

The house was decorated beautifully and they thought of all of the details. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of bath and pool towels. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Loved all the seating options inside and out. Only area for improvement would be some foot/ground lighting around the hot tub for better night visibility. Close to wineries and the beach. Great spot for a group of 8 or less.

This property and host were amazing! One of the best places I’ve stayed. I would highly recommend it. I would also rebook it for a fun long weekend!

Property was beautiful. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could want. Beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas were also available, which was great. Just a few minutes from Warren Dunes and Weko Beach, then 20 minutes to St. Joe. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Sawyer Cottage! The house was clean and was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, and the backyard was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood which is a beautiful, quiet, and remote slice of the world and also did a day trip to more exciting on-water activities. Even so, our kids wanted to move in to Sawyer Cottage and said that roasting marshmallows and swimming in the pool were the best part. Host was kind and very responsive. Would definitely go again!

Clean, well equipped super cute little cottage house. Amenities blew us away...3 nights were not enough to experience everything the way we wanted. Location is great as well...close to stores, beach, dunes, hwy, gas station etc.Very friendly and helpful host Cathy, who answered all our questions and gave us some great food and fun time ideas. Truly recommend this spot, would go again in a heartbeat!!

Great long weekend we enjoyed everything including the hot tub and perfect location.

My siblings and I were looking for a quiet place to spend some time with our mother, and this place was perfect. The Sawyer Cottage was very nicely decorated and felt warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. There was plenty of space for us to gather and spend time together. I definitely plan to stay again.

To begin, the the property was beautiful! It was easy to get to and scenic. There were many awww’s and ooo’s along the way. We were able to see deer and other wildlife, it was so nice. The entire place was very clean! All the rooms were nicely decorated. Especially the entry room. All of us spent a little time there, it was just so cozy. The pool was a little gunky but a good vacuuming should take care of it. The hot tub was awesome and the little cooler was very handy. Thank you so much for allowing us in your home!

Beautiful wooded property with wild turkeys and deer sightings! Pool, hot tub, tetherball kept us entertained and owner was very helpful with any questions that arose. Well-stocked kitchen and clean throughout. Would highly recommend.

Awesome place for a 9 person middle age man fantasy football draft. Pool and hot tub are perfect. Great yard. House was cozy. Cathy was an awesome host. 5 stars!

Nice relaxing stay with friends. Property was clean and everything was as listed. Host Cathy was very friendly and quick to respond.

We all loved our stay. The pool and hot tub were a plus. The beaches were close and beautiful. A lot of outdoor space to spread out. We had a fire and s'mores while catching lightening bugs. Our little ones had so much fun. The wild life was fun to watch across the front yard. Many pool toys and yard games to enjoy. We would love to come back.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at the Sawyer Cottage! Cathy was an excellent communicator and her love for the cottage was evident in every detail of the space. The house sits on a large corner property surrounded by beautiful trees. The home was exceptionally clean, decorated to perfection, and stocked with everything we could have needed! My kids (ages 8 and 11) loved the pool and my father (age 72) appreciated the hot tub. We used the beach chairs and umbrella she provided each time we went to the lake and enjoyed coming back to a cozy fire out back every night. Can't recommend the Sawyer Cottage enough - we are already planning our tip back next summer!
