I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here for the past 5 years. It is perfect for our family. The thjngs we love the most are the huge windows in the dining/living area, the closeness to the water, the open floor plan, and the ramp instead of stairs. The property manager was fantastic- checked in on us, let us know he was available if needed, then let us have our time.

The house needs a little updating, but still is nice. The only thing that we did not like was the fact that both the main floor bathrooms you had to go into bedroom.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024This was our second time staying at this property. The thing that we like most about it is the location. The house itself is old and needs updating which we mentioned last time we stayed. The location right on the beach is perfect.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We have been staying in this home for the past 5 years, and each time has been wonderful. The updates they have done over the past couple years have been great. The location is fantastic, but our favorite things about the house are the huge windows facing the ocean, and the ramp, instead of stairs.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great weather and the beach was terrific, as always. However, the house was older and in poorer repair than the pictures portrayed. Could definitely use some updating.

The location was in a quiet, golf-cart friendly beach neighborhood, just far enough away from town that we didn't have to deal with the craziness of spring breakers. The customer service was excellent! Dee Dee, the property manager, texted me with beach updates and fun things to see, and was there within two hours when we had an issue with one of the showers. We've rented from multiple agencies in Gulf Shores, but Coastal View Vacations was the easiest and friendliest we have ever booked with! We will definitely book with them again.
