Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine about the house EXCEPT the carpet in the bedrooms most notably the Master Bedroom and one other had extensive stains from pet excrement. The house should never have been put on the market under this condition , as it is certainly a health problem. The carpet needs replacing before renting it again!

The property manager communicated well with us and let us know as soon as the house was ready so we were able to get in an hour earlier than anticipated. The house is very spacious and is perfect for two families. Bonus that its all on one level!! We had 2 families with a total of 4 adults, 4 teens and 2 kids and we never once felt like we were on top of each other or that we needed more room. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you could need to cook with. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee! Being directly on the beach is so nice and convenient. The only recommendations I could make would be to add a ceiling fan to the screened in porch and maybe a mattress topper for the master bed. Other than those 2 small things everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

There is a great kitchen with storage. The screened in porch is like you are on the beach. Finally the board walk makes beach access so much easier. The rental agent as very responsive. The only thing I I would change is making one of the sofas a fold out bed as our kids have outgrown the bunk beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sawgrass Pointe was everything we hoped it would be. The house is right on the beach, with a private boardwalk. The layout is nice...two bedrooms on each side with a nice size den and kitchen in the middle. We loved the screened in back porch that allowed us to drink our coffee in the morning and enjoy the water. The kitchen is well stocked. There was a closet under the house with beach/water toys. Every bedroom had a tv and that was nice for the kids. The beds were comfortable, but they are a little bit on the firm side. There are some very steep steps that have to be taken to get into the house from the carport, which might be a problem for older people or someone with mobility issues. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately. We liked that the rental company had someone come take the trash cans out to the street and bring them back after they had been emptied. My only complaints would be that the bed sheets were really cheap Walmart sheets and not very comfortable, and I feel like at least one or two extra sets of towels would’ve been nice. There was one set of towels per person. Some of us girls needed an extra towel for wet hair. Also we were told not to use the towels for makeup removal or get stains on them, but there were no dark towels to use for makeup. It was a great place to vacation with our family.

I cannot say enough about the stay here, great communication with the property manager, very clean and very well stocked rental. Perfect location. We will be back!

Everything was great and you cannot beat the location. Property manager was attentive right from the start.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and supplied, and perfect location. Private access to the beach and beautiful views out the back of the home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our party of 9, and the kitchen and living space had plenty of room for all of us. Cheri, the property manager, was available to answer our questions and made wonderful suggestions from bike rentals to restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

The den-kitchen area was very spacious. The screened in porch was a plus and the boardwalk to the beach was convenient. We hope to stay here again.
