Joyful Home at the best resort in Orlando

Over all the house was good and had a good value. Big enough for 10 people. Some pillows were a bit hard but other that that the house was good.

Our stay was good. The house was spacious, and it was an end unit. We did not hear our neighbors at all and there was plenty of parking. The host had great communication and all the staff on property was polite and helpful. I appreciated being away from all the attractions so we did not have to deal with traffic when getting food or going to nearby stores.

House was nice, larger than expected. Gate access was a little bit of a pain, as you had to call main gate to access the back gates. Would book again

We loved the location and the place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. There is a small pool, but a short walk to the community pool. Definitely get there early... It gets busy, but floating on the lazy river with relaxing. Overall I would highly recommend.

First things first, thanks to the host. Probably the most patient person in that city for a lot of questions that were not necessary. LOCATION/Location!!! Perfect place for your base of operations going to different areas or theme parks. We went to Discovery Cove and Disney Springs. The size of the house was perfect for 9 people and could have had 3 more. One bedroom was not used. Pool was small and so we used the pool on property which was a walk to get to but easy to get into. It had two pool bars inside and a lazy river. Two things to note: When you arrive, arrive when the hosts tells you too. The door lock is set for 4 PM on the dote. Second thing, bring toiletries and wash cloths. The house supplies towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. If you are going to stay over two nights bring dish detergent and stuff to wash clothes. The house did not have that. The house is a little dated, beds squeaked, chairs squeaked but overall condition was outstanding. All appliances worked and the day we packed up we were sad to leave. Very nice home in a great location. We were very disappointed that there was no heat available in the house pool. We were unable to use the pool the entire visit. We would not have booked here if we knew that it didn’t have a pool to use as we were traveling with children.

The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable. Everything worked great, no issues duringn our stay. We wpuld rent thisnproperty again.

This was my first time booking a property through VRBO so I was leary. But Julian with his quick responses to my questions made me feel comfortable. I was very shocked to see how true to the pictures the place was. Clean and very roomy. The area was quiet and we all felt safe. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Julian for your hospitality!

Julian communicated information/ instructions weĺl and in a timely manner. He was very responsive when we had questions, even bringing us glassware when I mentioned that those were in short supply and asking if there was anything else we might need. The pool was serviced weekly by polite professionals. Washer, dryer & dishwaher all worked well, but tend to be a bit loud for those sleeping downstairs. Property photos are accurate, furniture was comfortable enough, but showing signs of wear. I slept in one of the King rooms and was impressed by how quiet it was. However, the bed was not very comfortable, as the mattress sagged and could stand to be replaced. There were cleaning supplies provided, along with broom and dustpan. A Swiffer would have also been very useful. There were plenty of toiletries, laundry detergent, etc to get us through until we could get to Walmart, which was less than a 5 minute drive from this home. The community was peaceful and felt secure. The Hideaway Club pool, lazy river and hot tub were well maintained and easy to access. We were provided with a QR code to enter the community... this did not work consistently and there often was a long line to enter between 4&7pm. This is a Storey Lake issue, not a priblem created by individual Hosts. It can be a significant inconvenience unless you plan around those busy gate times. The location was very convenient to everything one might need or want to do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for all.

We were so impressed with this property. The shuttle service to the club water park was quick and convenient. property manager was great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. The area was very quiet and relaxing.
