Josephine House- PET FRIENDLY-15 Min to Ski Cooper w/ HOT TUB!

We enjoyed getting away with our large family of seven and still feeling like we were home after long days at the lake!

Accommodations were great for our group of 5. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house was perfect for a family gathering. Rooms were spacious, and everything was cozy and super clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for a family dinner. This was perfect!

Great TV living room with chairs for everyone, dining room seats ten, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry work like a family home...meaning just right.I was running on full stupid this week, and all I had to do was to text Tracy and she did my thinking for me...she was terrific, readily available, and unflappable!

Owner responded to our needs. House was clean. Kitchen well-stocked. All Leadville attractions were easily accessible. We'd stay here again.

We had a great time and the property was a perfect jump off point for the cross country teams’ runs and other activities around Leadville! The hot tub was a hit for post run relaxation!

We had a great time. Our family includes three teens and they loved having their own rooms and space. The hot tub was a highlight, especially after climbing a 14er and some runs. Communication was excellent. My only wish was that the house were a little closer to Leadville's main street to make it easier to walk to.

We had a great time staying at the Josephine House. All of the beds were comfortable, the property was well-maintained, and the amenities met our needs. Having the fenced yard made it much easier to care for our dog during an extremely cold weekend. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay when traveling with a larger group.

We enjoyed our stay! This is the second time we’ve selected this exact property. Plenty of space, nice to be close to town, but out of the crowds. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and great neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the room and number of sleeping spaces. We had various members of our family meet together for the first time in many years. We enjoyed the closeness to the downtown area of Leadville plus it was also the weekend of the Burr Race. We had a great week.

Loved the Josephine house. It's instantly cozy and well provided for. Great view of mountains from porch and kitchen. Hot tub is a great touch.
