The ground level includes the laundry room, a cozy kids’ nook with books, games, and a PlayStation 2, along with interior stair access to the upper floors. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, plus a gas grill and picnic table in the outdoor area below the home.

The second level includes three bedrooms and access to the covered deck off the queen primary bedroom.
