Stayed Jun 21, 2025We loved the size of the house and location but they do need to add/fix a few things. There are not any dressers in any of the bedrooms except the master. One of the rooms has no where for you to hang any clothes because the closet isn’t finished. We killed many roaches in the kitchen/pantry area so be aware. You have no way to bring your beach chairs or things from the garage to the beach so you have to bring them through the house to get them outside. Overall the house was clean but just those few minor things.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Clean, spacious, contemporary in design, furnishings and amenities. 3foot pool in the deck overlooking the gulf was a huge hit with the littles! Proximity to the uncrowded beach the best part for adults. A bit pricey, but this is a new build. The master suite was awesome! Some of the 6 bedrooms lacked drawer space; one had no closet. Kitchen well furnished, except for kitchen towels. No door mats! The dryer didn’t dry well, most likely because of poor vent installation. Maintenance personnel were responsive. Would visit again, great family memories made here!

Stayed Mar 24, 2024The property was extremely nice, clean and comfortable. WI-FI was spotty at best but other than that it was everything we had hoped for.
